I`ve always sent flowers and gifts online, has always worked well, except this last time I tried another company https://www.sendflowers.com/ to send flowers to a funeral, I ordered it 4 days before the funeral (even though they offer same day delivery) because I wanted to make sure the flowers would be there for my family as I was not able to attend the funeral. A week after the funeral I asked my family if they liked the flowers, they said they never saw my name on any of them... then I contacted https://www.sendflowers.com/@FlowersSend again and asked about a proof of delivery or something... And that`s when I found out my $45.98usd flowers never made it... they never send them to the funeral... So If I didn`t contact *******@FlowersSend https://www.sendflowers.com/ I would have never known that my order was not even taken! So they were gonna keep my money! Ofcourse they gave me a huge apologize and offer to upgrade my order and send a bigger flower thing that day... A WEEK AFTER THE FUNERAL... REALLY? I said NO I want my refund! Thy replied they were disappointed at me for that... OH WELL! So I`m just waiting for my money fully refunded and had to warn people about this site... they are NOT 100% guarantee as they say. And they will try to keep your money without telling you anything. BECAREFUL *******@FlowersSend they are NOT trustable!

Worst service ever

Took me an entire day place an order, first time was successful and I got an email an hour later saying there was a hold on the order. I had to call back in and was told I wasnt authorized to place the order ( i Told them originally that I was doing this for my boss as hes assistant) had to track my very busy boss to tell them the same thing on the phone. I was guaranteed delivery same day. An hours later I got another email saying that they were no longer able to deliver same day ( this was all before 12pm) and once more I had to call in and do the whole things, the rep on the phone said " Im so sorry for this, I wish there was something you can do" I had to ask for her supervisor at least 5 times with her saying " shes just going to tell you the same thing" before anything could happen, long story short I was able to get a full refund and never got to talk to the supervisor. Of course another hour later, got an email saying that the order was one again on hold because they didnt know what balloons to get... All in all, will NEVER use this service agian.

Let me start with. I am not one to ever complain but
This is my mom's first mother's day without her own mother due to her passing in November so sending these flowers to make my moms day a little better... was very important to me.
Order was supposed to be delivered 5/11/18... on website it states they will deliver between 9-5 p.m... The company did NOT deliver on time for mothers day... or keep me updated to let me know order may not be on time.
I called the 800 # numerous times and even sat on hold over 20 min hoping to figure out what was going on with my order with no answer.
Delivery lady DID show up at my moms work at 5:30 p.m. and my mother was already home from work so delivery lady asked if she could just send my mom a picture and she will put them back in the fridge and she will get them Monday instead.
My mom forwarded me the picture the delivery lady sent of what she was supposed to receive and I was instantly disappointed in the arrangement they were trying to deliver, very sparse on the flowers, not the best condition either... not in the correct vase (main reason I ordered this arrangement), not even close to the arrangement I picked out. Just overall not worth the money I spent.
I am not one to complain but did send an email to express how upset I was... I received an instant response asking me to forgive them, they also stated they would make the arrangement fuller before officially delivering and will include an apology letter...

I was not happy with that, but did appreciate their efforts to fix this situation and agreed.
My mother received her flowers today and they are the SAME EXACT sad arrangement and they did not include an apology letter as promised.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Frustrated!

I would be giving a 0 star rating if available. Their website states satisfaction guaranteed but they do not stand behind that. They offered me a $10.00 gift card for my next order that I will not be using due to the fact I don't trust that I will get what I ordered and do not want a similar situation. I ordered a balloon that was not added. In their email they mention that substiutions can happen because it allows florists to come up with a similar container, flowers and color scheme. While I completely understand this no effort was made to make it even close to what was ordered.It came in a red vase instead of a cute paint pail which I'm certain are readily available, the colors were supposed to be peach roses with white and peach daisies. Certainly the floral shop had some kind of roses and daisies available. Instead, we got lilies (which she is allergic to) and snap dragons. I'm extremely disappointed even with the offer of the $10.00 gift card. I'm frustrated in the fact that I ordered this arrangement well in advance for them to come up with something similar instead of looking like they put this together today with whatever flowers they had on hand. As mentioned, any florist has roses and daisies at any given time. And still missing the balloon. My phone number was on the order and if the florist had taken the time to call me and discuss I would've let them know that she can't have lillies. My daughter's arrangement will not be able to be enjoyed by her because of this. Very unhappy, and would not recommend using SendFlowers at this time.
Buyer beware! Picture below is what was received. Ordered Charmed Orange Flowers bouquet with a birthday mylar balloon. Not even close!

DO NOT USE. I spent forever searching online for a florist who could deliver a simple plant to a funeral home before a funeral service the next day. SendFlowers said I could have a same day delivery if I ordered by 3 p.m. local time. I ordered a simple mums plant, paying an extra $2.99 for same day. A little while after my order, I received an email notification that my order could not be delivered until the next day. I replied astounded that no florist in the area could manage a simple pot of mums that day and asked if they could be delivered before 9 a.m. the following day to the funeral home so that the mums could be taken by the funeral home to only memorial service at graveside being held at 11 a.m. I was assured that before 9 a.m. to the funeral home would occur and that I would receive an email notification when delivered. Only positive point: I was refunded the same day delivery fee of $2.99 after I pointed out to customer service. By 1:30 the next day, I had not received an email confirmation of delivery so emailed customer service. I received an email about 2:30 saying the mums had been delivered, with no time given, so I contacted Customer Service again. My mums were delivered to the funeral home at 2:30,3.5 hours after the memorial service and after the family had any reason to ever go to the funeral home. I paid $70 for a container of mums I could've gotten at the grocery store for less than $8, which did not make it to the memorial service where all family members would be gathered and could see the mums, and I guess will require a family member to make a trip to the funeral home to pick them up. I wish I had searched for reviews of SendFlowers before using. Never again!

Ordered flowers on the 9th of February for a delivery on the 10th of February they charged me a same day delivery fee and the didn't deliver the flowers.
When I called to see what happened to my delivery I was told they have up to midnight to deliver the flowers
Who go's flower delivery at midnight
Flowers still weren't delivered
Called customer service and was told they would refund me the delivery charge and deliver the flowers on the 16th of February
I was irate what kind of sense does that make
I requested a full refund and kindly told them I would not be using them again and would recommend you don't either

We ordered a next day delivery arrangement with vase and added Get Well balloons. My mother-in-law was in the ER for 4 days straight and couldn't get flowers delivered there. My father in law was going back and forth to their home located nearby and in a residential neighborhood located near a decent amount of commerce, a large high school and a few large subdivisions.
The driver claimed she couldn't find the house even though there are only 3 properties located on their road, it is off a well-traveled main road and is easily mapped via Google Maps and Apple Maps. The delivery person also claimed she didn't speak or understand English well when my father-in-law tried to call her. My question of course is why wasn't the driver using google translate or a similar app or even text which can auto translate.
The driver decided it was ok in the FL weather and heat to leave the flowers down the side of a road unattended for anyone traveling down the main road to take. A neighbor snapped a pic to send to the other neighbors to see if someone was missing an order, if an order was stolen or if someone died since people sometimes leave roadside memorials when a person dies there.
In short if you want your flowers to make it the amount you pay for delivery wont matter and they will likely be left to get stolen or ruined. In short the flowers never made it and when I contacted the company I got multiple auto replies they have ready for this type of situation it happens so often. They had the nerve to say they would refund 20% of the order total so like $9.00 for flowers that never made it in the middle of a family medical emergency. They are the worst. Total scam company. This company needs to be put out of business.

I talked to these people several times and they kept saying they were going to do 20% refund then 30% refund and gift card for $15. I told them no. Finally they said they would like to redeliver the flowers and have the correct ones sent or something similar to them. The last substitute looked nothing like what I ordered. Mind you this was 3 days after the las time I talked to them and they said they want to resend. So I got the email that said the florist doesn't have the items and they are going to substitute again. I got on with them right away and told them not to even bother just give me a 100% refund because I don't want the same little kid cheap arrangement they sent her last time. So they said ok and said they will refund me. Not even 10 minutes later I get a FaceTime call from my niece telling me she just got more flowers. She turned the phone to show me and I am livid. These look SO CHEAP! This time there is another color other than white and yellow in it but there is nothing else with the flowers my order had a cup with a bee on it and little bees throughout the arrangement. The one they sent originally had a stuffed animal in it which I didn't want at all. This one they sent this time looks like something you would buy in a grocery store and just throw in a random vase. How on earth do they think this is anywhere close to an $80 bouquet of flowers. I WILL NEVER use this company again. It has been a week since my first purchase and this is what they think is a good comparison to the original ordered. I'll attach pics of original ordered, one sent first and then the one they sent today. It's ridiculous. It would of cost me less money to google a local flower shop in her area and just order from them. I just can't believe this company runs like this. I wish I would have looked up reviews other than the obviously made up ones on their website because I would have never ordered from them. I mean seriously if I am wrong please let me know when you see the pictures. I think I have a very valid complaint with the flowers looking nothing like what it ordered. I just wanted some color to make her smile.

I ordered an amazing looking bouquet for my niece who was admitted to the hospital for the first time ever. I love 600 miles away so I wanted to let her know I am thinking of her. What I ordered and what was delivered are not even close to looking a like. I get that the site says that they can substitute but they also say they will stick as closely as possible with flower types to the arrangement you order. I ordered a colorful arrangement in a bee cup with little bees in the flowers. It had roses and other colorful flowers. She got a bouquet with a stuffed animal bee and yellow and white flowers and that was it. I'm so disappointed and had to explain to her those weren't what i ordered and sent her a pic of what I ordered. They offered me a $15 gift certificate and 30% refund to the flowers. This is totally unacceptable to me. I want a full refund and if they have to go back and pick up the flowers then fine take them back. They look cheap compared to the ones I picked out. Plus if I wanted a stuffed animal I would have ordered one. She isn't an infant so that is the last thing I wanted to send her. I am so angry and just want to blow up at someone. I'm attaching the order confirmation with a picture of what I ordered and the actual one that was delivered. I wanted something colorful to make my niece happy not a colorless bouquet. I am NEVER using this company again.

First, they contract to whom ever is closest. So, they already have your money.
Second, worst arrangement and customer service I have ever encountered.

The "Fruit Basket" I ordered for my 10yr graduation from 5th grade looked like a kindergartner put it together. The "SHRINK Wrap" was taped around the middle twice. The "Bow" on top was not a Bow when my daughter was unwrapping it the bow was coming apart strip by strip in 18 inch or so pieces.
The other items I ordered: 1 metallic ballon, 5 hellium ballons and a large stuffed animal.
Never even made it to my door... out of 133.13$ they refund 48.71$ then promise a 15$ gift certificate. Really, da fuk I will not use you again. Thanks for Ruining it for my 10yrold.
Sorry for not including pictures of the fruit basket, I was so Disgusted and horribly upset over having to apologize to my 10yr old daughter. It never crossed my mind until after. This is what I paid for, there where no bananas, and no pears. There was a $#*!ty 1/2 bunch of green grapes, a $#*!ty 1/2 bunch of red grapes, 3 kiwis, 2 green apples, 4 red apples, 3 oranges, 2 grapefruit.
