After ordering a deluxe version ($60) of a beautiful picture of a bouquet a small sad bouquet was delivered. Vase pictured & described online was of a conical shaped silver and nice looking. Received a cheap looking green container with a tacky yellow bow. One of the flowers included was missing altogether! After contacting customer service they offered a $10 gift card on a future purchase. Not going to throw good $$$ after bad. What a way to do business. Thankfully there are other choices. Skip these folks. They don't stand by their product or honor their satisfaction guarantee.
My husband ordered two dozens of roses for our wedding anniversary. When I opened the box, the flowers were dry and ALL of the flowers were already partially black. It was shocking since we never received this condition from other online orders. Wrote nice email to them but no response...
I recently placed an order with SendFlowers.com. I was sending a gift to a hospital (which I really don't ever do because you never know when someone will be discharged). Well exactly that happened. I reached out to Customer Service and while they indicated the order was already prepared to ship they cancelled the order and refunded the money even though their policy was to not do that. I am grateful and appreciate the good customer service this company had and while I didn't get to use them for my gift, I will absolutely keep them in mind for another time.
Site mentions 100% satisfaction guaranteed. A $70 bouquet arrived with dead, drooping flowers that sparse to say the least -- NOTHING like what was photographed online or ordered. I called customer service immediately to which I was told i could have a 20% refund (are you out of your mind?) or a bouquet arrangement that had no estimation of when it could be delivered (definitely not for the same day). As someone who orders flowers regularly from multiple places for Real Estate closings, home staging, etc this absolutely was the WORST company i have ever had the "pleasure" of ordering from. I have been using Send Flowers quite extensively both for personal and work flower deliveries, even after a service and delivery fiasco and a close call, for quite a while.
I like the same-day delivery option and discounts make cost quite suitable. But I think I am finished with Send Flowers now!
The order was delivered a day late.
The balloon was wrong. Instead of "Thinking of You" from our whole family after her accident, my cousin has received a heart-shaped, hearts-filled "I Love You" balloon.
And the flower arrangement itself! I have realized that I never knew what I am sending people. But my cousin has attached a picture of the gift with her "Thank you!" text and opened my eyes!
The stunning-on-the-website "Modern Orange Roses Bouquet" turned out to be a puny arrangement in a different and very plain vase containing - drum roll, please! - TWO ROSES!
Last time I had a problem, nobody has contacted me. I am curious if I will be ignored again...
P.S. As I was accessing my account for order information and website photos, I have realized that there had been more issues. I have been closing my eyes on problems for quite a while! But no more! And I use flower delivery services a lot! At work, we send flowers to our employees every time there is an injury, accident, surgery or sickness. And I do the same in my personal life plus birthdays, anniversaries, deaths in the family. So, between a huge network of family & friends and 230 employees at work, I have given Send Flowers a lot of business through the years. And now I am riddled with doubts and embarrassment about what I might have been sending people all this time.
Ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday the 12th it is the 13th and still no flowers! Gave me and upgrade on the flowers and 10% of what I paid back to my card both I have yet to see! I'm beyond angry
This company is a scam. They are dishonest. I placed a balloon teddy bear same day delivery with them, I received an email it was delivered only to find out it wasn't delivered. They couldn't provide any proof of the delivery or a picture of what was sent. When I contacted them, they had the nerve to offer me a $10 credit on an $84 purchase. I have never in my life been so upset. Mind you this was a delivery to the hospital for a child and they pull they garbage. Not sure how they are even still in business cause I see they have a ton of negative reviews.
I placed a ordered and I called to request to be delivered by 12pm and it didn't happen so I called again and told them if there any way it can be delivered before 6 and they told me that they will leave a note to be delivered before 6pm didn't happen my second time calling and told them that I wanted a refund because the flowers never got there at the time they told me.The lady told me that it was not possible that the only thing she can do is to refund 5% for being late. Bad services this was not a good service at all. I don't think I will be ordering again from this place.
I live in Sydney and picked the bouquet in yellow vase for my aunt in Florida. See what she got. She didn't complain but I do. On the greeting card they wrote the word lovely as love ly. Not my mistake. I checked I wrote it correctly.
I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughters frist baby which was to have a pink vase instead it came with a clear vase! I did contact customer service they issued me $11 refund and I do appreciate it but VERY upset with not getting what I ordered!

Twice, first time fidget what I ordered, second time sapose to receive flowers onJune15 Still haven't received them on Thursday, called and wax hung up on twice thy were dapose to be checking on the order.
It was my birthday and I never received the flowers ordered. The card was written by hand and the message was incomplete. When we called to make a complaint the person treat me like a crazy person and told me that I would need to be grateful to at least receive something. I spoke with Angela Lara and she was really rude. The flowers also seem to be taken from a funeral and it was my birthday. Terrible and very unprofessional.
Tried to send my mother in Florida dea nice bouquet for Christmas 2019, to be delivered 12-23. Received notice, delivery delayed until 12-26. Annoying, but I stay civil.
12-26--received another notice, delivery now delayed UNTIL JANUARY 7TH. Now I'm furious, and I complain. "We're so busy, delivery guy screwed up, will give you huge discount next time, etc." Bouquet still not delivered for another week.
Company offered me big discount on another Bouquet for my mother. Too little, too late. She died of COVID-19 a few months later.

I ordered a candy basket and was told delivery date would be 6/6/21. The basket was delivered 6/7/21 with melted chocolates. The basket was supposed to be delivered with 2 purple latex balloons, only 1 balloon. The Ist customer serve person I spoke with told me they made an attempt to deliver the basket on 6/6/21. I called back got a different c/s person who verified the flower shop is not open on Sunday. So why did the 1st c/s person lie. A manager said she will send out a whole new basket. It was delivered on 6/8/21. With no balloons! I paid $ 73.68 for the basket and the recipient never received the beautiful candy as I seen on order. She received a just put together basket. I will requested a refund immediately. Only to get half of the money for the basket and had to call several times to get the money back for the balloons. I should have looked at the reviews for this company 1st!. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone.!
I chose this place to send my love some flowers paid over 100$, worst flowers I have ever seen. It's like the people that put them together didn't give a $#*!. Horrible service. Flowers showed up late. I will never ever order from these people again. Honestly in the USA quality is getting $#*!tier and $#*!tier. Horrible
Sent my best friend an arrangement to help cheer her up. It was 1/2 the flowers I ordered and they looked wilted. My mistake didn't read the reviews.

I would not use this company to send flowers to the local waste disposal site. Unreliable, and completely unable to fulfill an order DESPITE my continued communication and assurance from the company that the order would be be exactly what I ordered.
