Placed an order for next day delivery (co-worker in the hospital). Received an e-mail 24 hours later saying there was a delay. So, in the AM I contacted them and they couldn't tell me anything about my order. Later, I received at 'credit' of $12 and I thought "hey... we'll try again. I know Los Angeles can get crazy" but to be clear it's not a credit and cannot be used on anything you'd like. Their customer service is useless and it's honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences on the whole I've ever had. DO NOT USE THEM. Pay the extra $10 from another online florist, save you a headache and late flowers.
I ordered pink rose bouquet for my daughters 18th birthday. I received carnations with 2 red roses and a huge green bush in it. Not arranged nicely. It sucked. I called and they agreed to give me back half the order that was a day late. I will never use them again.

For some reason it won't let me upload the dead flowers we received, I will never order from this company again they messed up my order the first time and then I decided to try them again and all the flowers they sent were dead I will never use this company again, please do not use this company

This company is not only a rip off for you it is a rip off for the florist. They have lots of pictures of lovely flowers for you to choose from however none of them str the flowers that are delivered. They are based in Vietnam and are great at designing a website. They get your money and then contact some local florist to deliver any plant or flower that equals what the company determines is the value. What they have charged you is 1.5 x more than what you get. When you ask why the order is incorrect, you are told that there is a clause that states substitutions may occur. Turns out that 99% of the orders are substituted.
Please do not order from this company. This company is not real. They take money and try to avoid refunds. Thank goodness I used pay pal to get my money back
So I ordered flowers on 5/10 that were suppose to be delivered on 5/13, paid for them & they were never delivered. I called the 1-800 number and got no where. I don't even want to give this company 1 star
Spent 20+ minutes looking for alternative to typical vase arrangement. Found beautiful basket arrangement with bright bold colors. Delivered: hues of pink and white in a vase. Beautiful, but truly disappointing. I understand florists may not have everything in inventory, but unacceptable that they do not have to stay true to the spirit of the arrangement. If you just want to send anything. Shop here. If you want what you ordered, shop elsewhere. Unlikely to purchase from them again.
Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. Never delivered. Emailed the next day - no response. Called the day after - put me on hold to call the florist - wasn't open yet. Called again the day after they. Put me on hold again to call the florist. The florist was apparently too busy to discuss this order. Told them I wanted a new florist. They assured me the flowers would be delivered the next day. Got an email at 5:50 pm they they were delivered. Called my mom at 7 pm - no flowers. This is the absolute worst service ever! Save your money!
I got the deluxe and what they send was maybe a quarter of the size, wrong flowers and vase. I complained and they only gave me 10 dollars back. I spent 70. Don't waste your money
Don't waist your time with this company. I ordered flowers for my mom Mother's Day plus chocolate and balloons on 4/27/21 to be delivered on May 9th. They never delivered. I kept on calling and was told they are on there way. Why take someone's money promises to deliver and then lie.
I searched online to order flowers for my friend's birthday (today May 11th.) After checking several websites I chose this florist. I chose the standard florist choice bouquet. The flowers arrived today on time on May 11th. All the flowers are alive and fresh. Before delivery the florist delivery driver sent my friend a text message to advise her of his delivery.He also rang her doorbell when he delivered to make sure she received the flowers. She is absolutely thrilled with her birthday flowers.
I have used this 2 times and both times the flowers were never delivered. Then the first time I never recieved a full refund. We'll see if I recieve a full refund this time.
Ordered flowers to be delivered by 6pm Saturday -- the day before Mother's Day. They never came. I contacted the company at 5pm on Sunday and they responded with a boilerplate apology and, thankfully, a refund. Strangely, after all that, they sent a delivery confirmation that the flowers were actually delivered on Saturday...? (This was false claim. The intended recipient confirmed there was no such delivery.)
Their Satisfaction Guarantee says they will contact the buyer if there are any issues. I was never contacted about any potential issues.
Terrible. Buyer beware! Per my LOCAL florist these people are called "order gatherers". MOST LOCAL FLORIST WILL NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM THESE SITES BECAUSE THEY CAN NEVER MEET THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER & THEN THE FLORIST GET THE BLAME!
Here's how it works. You go online & find an arrangement that you like. You schedule delivery & pay for it. Someone in another part of the world gets said order, google searches flower delivery for your zip code & starts calling local florists to order a SIMILAR arrangement. In other words you will not get what you asked for. It won't come in the same vase, it likely won't even contain the same flowers or colors. The problem here is that florists have CAUGHT ON to this & don't accept these orders from third parties. They know that when they deliver an arrangement it will not look like what someone ordered & they will get the blame for it. NOW the website has your money & can't find anyone to deliver! They didn't even bother to let me know that they couldn't find a florist! I called them 6 times on the day of delivery to find out an estimated time of arrival so that I'd have somewhat of an idea in case I had to leave for a few minutes. Every time I called I had to hold forever & when I finally spoke with someone it was a person with a thick Indian accent who gave me the same script "Your order is scheduled to be delivered today between the hours of 9-5pm. Rest assured your order will be delivered as promised". They would never tell me the name of the "florist" they had used. My guess is because the couldn't find one. Do yourself a favor & deal locally with a reputable florist. You'll save yourself some money, time & headache. Using Send Flowers left me frantically searching for a Mother's Day arrangement the day before mothers day. Luckily my local florist had some left but it wasn't what I was looking for & I had to take what I could get. Fortunately I used Amazon Pay & got my refund back same day after reporting that it didn't arrive.
Horrible horrible horrible! Save yourself the angst and disaster and spend the extra dollar on 1800-flowers! I ordered 70$ Mother's Day arrangement a week prior. They told me the flowers would be delivered during the day on Mother's Day. By 2 pm, I reached out and said they were not delivered and asked for some details, like tracking info. They told me they would deliver by 5, possibly 6, which in itself is so crazy, but they said flowers were en route. By 5 they still were not delivered. I emailed again, and they said they would arrive by 6. I was so frustrated so I called them up, and the woman said she would reach out to the florist and give me a call right back to update me. By 6:30 I emailed again and they replied saying it is after hours for the florist and they would not have an answer until tomorrow (and I never received a call back)?! So so crazy and horrible experience. Go with 1800-flowers who provides tracking info!
Ordered two bouquets for my mother and mother in law and both orders arrived two days late and dead.
I think this company is a scam. The flowers for mother's day have never been delivered but they sent an email saying they had been delivered. I tried to get my money back and they didn't refund my money in full. I reached out to them via chat and i've been dealing with them for almost an hour and still nothing. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you want to lose your money and your special occasion is ruined.
Terrible service. I ordered flowers and a gift for Mother's Day 4 days prior the holiday. It's never been delivered. I couldn't get any help or explanation from customer service. It is Monday and they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow 2 days after Mother's Day. I don't recommend this service.
Ordered mother's day flowers for the woman I have been dating on April 12th, to my surprise they were never delivered. During this time period she moved but I called to update the address but the flowers weren't delivered to either the old or new address. Instead of sending the flowers or refunding me their response was sorry for the inconvenience. I've used them previously won't use them again if they don't make it right.
