I ordered flowers and when my gf sent me a picture they nothing like I ordered. Nothing! Horrible! I even called to have them redelivered and the local shop apparently denied it. The flowers are wilted and it's all mainly leaves! I have added pictures to show you
I ordered WHITE sympathy flowers titled "Sweet Thoughts Roses Lily Bouquet". The recipients, who are grieving the loss of a family member, received a colorful bouquet with sunflowers and wilted pink roses, without a single lily. It was in appropriate and offensive and quite frankly embarrassing. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
They are horrible. I ordered the "loving French garden." It was no where near the size they specified and was missing plants.
The customer service line doesn't even work. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I left a description of what you're supposed to get and pictures of what they sent.
My mistake for not reading reviews before ordering. This company should have zero stars. I ordered a Fall arrangement on 11/8 to be delivered on 11/18. This was for my son's teacher's last day. On 11/15, I called for a guaranteed delivery by noon on the 18th. A message was supposedly sent to the florist. Yesterday, on the 18th, I called at 10:30 am to let them know again that the arrangement had to be there no later than noon. The rep tried calling the florist, but there was no answer. Another message was sent to inform them of a noon delivery. The flowers never came. I waited at the school until 3:00 pm and still nothing. This morning, the school let me know that they saw the delivery person on their cameras at 7:20 pm. That's even well past the delivery timeframe for business hours--5:00 pm. I requested a refund, but the rep talked me into having them delivered to the teacher's home when she gets back in town. Now I will be curious to see if they will actually deliver on the 29th. I don't have high hopes. It better not show up half dead. I have read lots of other reviews about dead flowers. This cost too much money for poor service. People are just so incompetent these days. Regardless of how the 29th turns out, I will NEVER order from this company again! Plus, I even asked for some sort of discount or something to half make this right. The rep just completely ignored that question.
Beware! These people are a joke. I ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday. They didn't deliver the order. I emailed them to please deliver the flowers to the address, received a response that they would. Sunday, still no flowers. I called Monday morning and was given an upgrade on the flowers and was told the flowers would be delivered. Monday evening there were still no flowers, I called again had they gave me a partial refund, they apologized and said they would be delivered Tuesday. Tuesday went by and no flowers and here we are today and still no flowers! I was told "they couldn't get ahold of the local florist…. In a busy town…in NY. This is second time I've had an issues despite using them numerous times before. I will never use them again!
They allow you to place an order with full address for a zone where they do not deliver and then don't tell you until the day AFTER scheduled delivery that they can't fulfill it. Then they don't even offer a refund they just offer you a link to choose another bouquet. No F'n thanks the event was YESTERDAY and now I look terrible & unthoughtful. I had to call customer service and they tried SEVERAL times to talk me out of a refund and instead to choose a different bouquet they would send through USPS. It turned into me screaming my head off pleading for my refund before they supposedly issued it. Now have to wait 3 business days to see if it's true. Scam company that tries to keep your money without delivering the product you paid for.
Do not order from this company. You get horrible service and no customer support. I ordered flowers for the same day delivery (Monday) and I received confirmation they were delivered when they never were. Flowers were not delivered the next day (Tuesday) so I sent an email inquiring about it. No reply. I called the next day (Wednesday) and I was told it was going to be processed right away yet still no flowers were delivered. I emailed the next day (Thursday) to every address I could find and did get a email in return but no class and no flowers. It is now four days later and still no flowers were delivered. I will be demanding a refund.
Recently I ordered a birthday bouquet. Unfortunately I had Put down the wrong street in the address. When the birthday girl said she had not received them, and we noticed our error, I emailed sendflowers.com and stated that it was my mistake and I just wanted them to know what had happened in case the new recipient of the flowers called.
To our surprise and happiness the original birthday girl received a beautiful bouquet of flowers today. Thank you
Stay away from sendflowers.com. Don't buy fruits from them they are a rip off. They charge me $84.21. They will give you rotten fruits. It definitely did not looked like the picture online. There was no effort of any bananas, kiwis, pineapples, or even grapes added to it compare to the picture they post online. This certainly was not worth my money. I complain to them and they did not bother to give me my money back.
If you want your flowers to be really delivered, do not order through here. This people closed a purchase as delivered when they did not.
I spent a week trying to find the perfect arrangement for my sisters memorial service... and a company who delivered to the destination. I found it with this company. I placed the order online but realized afterward that there was nothing that allowed me to put in the TIME of the service. So I called and went over the order and got it straightened out. 30 minutes later I received an email saying my order had missing info. So I called. The person I spoke with said there was no street address. Well there most certainly was... don't know what happened to that. So I gave it to him. There were multiple times which he was trying to convince me that he could complete my order over the phone with me and it would be much quicker. I told him "no" that I wanted to place it through my PayPal account. So after he confirmed that all was good... he transferred me to another department as me having an issue. I went over EVERYTHING AGAIN with this person. Had the flowers... the date. The time... the address... the names... everything was in order. My transaction was complete. I was told I would receive an email to confirm the flowers had been delivered to the church that morning. I received my receipt and nothing else. Fifteen minutes left before the service begins... no email... at this point I'm sick with worry! I call them and am told that my ORDER WAS REJECTED... when I screamed WHY... I was told it was because they were short of staff! I could NOT and still cannot believe this! This arrangement was in remembrance of our sister from my brother and I because were in NH and could not attend the service in VA. This arrangement was our only way of being there to show our love and support. This is the most awful underhanded nasty unethical situation I have ever experienced! I was in the phone with a the supervisor who kept apologizing for the inconvenience etc. Not quite sure which is the truth... that they were understaffed... they don't do weekends... or whatever else he said! I honestly believe that if I hadn't called that I would never have known and my money would not have been refunded. I was also promised a courtesy arrangement to be delivered to my VA family on Tuesday. I have a confirmation number for this but never received a confirmation as the "supervisor" had told me he would send. This does not end here! I am now seeing all these crazy awful reviews and can NOT understand how the attorney general allows these people to be in business!
DO NOT USE. I spent forever searching online for a florist who could deliver a simple plant to a funeral home before a funeral service the next day. SendFlowers said I could have a same day delivery if I ordered by 3 p.m. local time. I ordered a simple mums plant, paying an extra $2.99 for same day. A little while after my order, I received an email notification that my order could not be delivered until the next day. I replied astounded that no florist in the area could manage a simple pot of mums that day and asked if they could be delivered before 9 a.m. the following day to the funeral home so that the mums could be taken by the funeral home to only memorial service at graveside being held at 11 a.m. I was assured that before 9 a.m. to the funeral home would occur and that I would receive an email notification when delivered. Only positive point: I was refunded the same day delivery fee of $2.99 after I pointed out to customer service. By 1:30 the next day, I had not received an email confirmation of delivery so emailed customer service. I received an email about 2:30 saying the mums had been delivered, with no time given, so I contacted Customer Service again. My mums were delivered to the funeral home at 2:30,3.5 hours after the memorial service and after the family had any reason to ever go to the funeral home. I paid $70 for a container of mums I could've gotten at the grocery store for less than $8, which did not make it to the memorial service where all family members would be gathered and could see the mums, and I guess will require a family member to make a trip to the funeral home to pick them up. I wish I had searched for reviews of SendFlowers before using. Never again!

Ordered a deluxe set of flowers for my aunts birthday. What i ordered was not what i got. The flowers looked like they picked them from the backyard. I was highly embarrassed and highly upset. They replaced the flowers and still not what i ordered. False advertisement! Stay away.
The whole business is a lie. Unbelievable that they stay around. I wonder if they even pay their employees who are obviously from overseas. Avoid like the plague.

I spent $60.90 on a flower arrangement for my mom's birthday, only to be notified via email that a completely different flower arrangement would be sent to her because mine "wasn't available," even though it was listed on the website and confirmed to be delivered. There was never an option to pick a different arrangement myself, instead they just picked another one with no regard to what I wanted after I gave them my credit card information. When I told them that this was unacceptable, they offered me a gift certificate and a $9 refund. I literally had to threaten to dispute the charge on my credit card before they refunded me in full. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company for flowers. I would have selected 0 stars if possible.
I sent flowers to my wife's job and the flowers were the worst I have vet sent. I ordered their best of the order I sent it was the premium order and it looked so poor. I was embarrassed when my wife sent me the pictures of the flowers. Oh My God this was a disgrace. I know my wife was probably embarrassed herself. The Oder looked like someone picked the worse flowers in a garden and threw some grass on it. There was suppose to be baby's breath with the flowers instead they sent some green looking peas or something. The florist who did the flowers was called Sicola's florist. I don't see how they stay in business if this is the quality of flowers they send out. I down way over $100 for this mess. Never and I mean NEVER order from this florist or from send flowers you will regret it. Better off going to a local florist you know or ordering from a legit company like 1-800- flowers they will do a way better job. Now I'll have to make this up to my wife because of these morons. I ordered a beautiful fall arrangement with different kind of flowers and leafs in a orange pot with delivery on Saturday. The recipient received five roses in a clear vase on Sunday.

The $200 order was delivered late! As the recipient was leaving his place of business, he saw the florist driving in. He stayed just for the delivery! I called & they would not refund me the 100% as stated even though the celebration was ruined & late. Awful service. I will not use them again.
