I ordered flowers form the website, the flowers that were delivered were suppose to be sunflowers for a pick me up bouquet, instead they were fall colors, What a horrible disappointment! Customer service wanted to give me $10.00 off next order that I will never use. If you ordered Roses and got carnations would you be happy? Buyer BEWARE!
I ordered fruit for a sick relative. Notified they couldn't deliver, didn't have the item. I'm trying to get a response for my refund, no one answers, no chat answers, and waiting for a call. I will never order again from them.
I paid $60 for a pine arrangement plus a $15 delivery fee. The photo on their webpage looked great but this isn't what my mother received. Looks nothing like the picture. I could have gone out into the yard and made a better arrangement for free! I'll never use Send Flowers again. I did contact them and they gave me a 25% credit ($12) but my mom is still stuck with a crappy arrangement because how can I fix it for $12? I can't afford to resend her something from a different florist. So disappointing! The pic on the left with the balloon is what she got. The pic on the right without balloon is what is shown on the website.
When my grandma sent me a picture of the arrangement that arrived I was shocked. It looked nothing like what I paid for. I complained and they sent a replacement for free that was an improvement but still not what I ordered. They offered a 15% refund then upped it to 50% (excluding other fees). So for a $81 total order I only got $30 refunded and my grandmother never got a correct order. I'll never use their site again. See the photos of the what I ordered vs what she recieved each time.
They say satisfaction guaranteed but that clearly isn't true.

Will never order from sendflowers.com again. Order should have be received 9am -6pm. I had to call a few min before 6pm to see where my order was because I still didn't receive it. I had received later after 6pm Two, some of the flowers looked in bad shape. Three the vase I received didn't match my order. I received a clear vase in which I was suppose to get a purple one. Then they want to credit me 11 dollars, that dosn't even cover shipping plus next day delivery. I will never order from them again. When I pay over 70 dollars for flowers, everything should be on point. Not worrying about calling to see where my order is, presentation wasn't up to par and the order wasn't right. Customer service gave me 11 dollar credit. Unacceptable in my book, should have credit me more then 11 dollars for that many things wrong.

Our pastor's wife was in the hospital. We spent $114.68 for a basket. You would NOT believe what was delivered. I would be so ashamed. They offered us a 50% refund- and we said NO. We did get a full refund and we will NEVER use them again. I had to click on one of the stars or it wouldn't post my review. I would give them ZERO stars

I ordered a basket with multiple roses and received a mini version with ONLY TWO ROSES (see below). Multiple calls to the company resulted only in a maximum 30% refund despite their fraudulent "customer satisfaction guarantee"
Save your money for a local florist instead or use a more reputable website like 1800Flowers. I paid extra for their Deluxe option too. The flower arrangement I received is nothing as pictured. Horrible especially when the flowers are for a birthday and the bouquet received has white flowers which in some cultures the color white represents death. Customer service offered a gift card or discount. Why would I order from you again!? Stay away from SendFlowers.Com AND Fromyouflowers.com. They are the same.
I had ordered a beautiful rangement for my wife and it wasn't what it appeared to look like online in the picture. And very disappointed what I spent on it I could have done it myself for cheaper.
Like so many on this site, I messed up before ordering a bouquet of flowers for a sick relative. The advertised pic hardly resembles what was actually delivered in both size and quality. I complained and was first offered $10 gift credit and then told them I'd never order from them again. They responded a second time and offered a whopping 10% refund credit which would amount to $5. I told them I'll get more satisfaction giving them a horrible review than the $5 refund.

I sent flowers to a friend who recently had a baby. I paid extra to have them delivered on a Sunday. The bouquet was to have red roses, pink carnations, and white daisies. The price was reasonable and there was a discount code of $8.00. Once all the charges were added up, the $31.00 bouquet cost over $50. When it arrive, there was one red rose, no carnations, no daisies the space was filled with something that looked like gladiolas and some white mums and greenery. I called and spoke to a customer service person who seemed to have some trouble understanding me. He kept offering me a discount on another purchase. I kept insisting they send what I ordered, finally he said they would,"get a fresh one out right away." When I asked for confirmation number he said it would be on an email that I would receive immediately. Never got email, never got second set of flowers. Go someplace legitimate.
Very disappointed, want to surprise my friend after her surgery with a nice smiley face arrangement vase that I choose in their website… surprise she receive completely different thing, was very disappointed never order from them, you can see in picture what I order and pay for and what she receive.

I have recently wrote a review about send flower.com. I was very upset when the emails I was receiving was indicating the flowers were delivered. I kept telling them I bought roses and I got carnation. After a few back and forth they replace the flower to one similar to what I ordered and advised 50% will be refunded. We ordered a same day delivery in NYC on Thursday morning. On Thursday afternoon we get an email that it wouldn't be delivered in Thursday but next Monday! (Mind there are days between Thursday and Monday, and on their website they show availability for delivery on all these days). On Monday we get delivery confirmation via email, but nothing was delivered. The building doesn't have it, the doorman doesn't have a record of delivery. On Tuesday we call customer service, they keep us online 30 min, offer redelivery, can't guarantee the assortment or the date, don't offer any refunds. We say the time has passed we need a refund, they say "we'll conduct an investigation but will talk to your husband only about it. Why? I placed the order. Confirmation comes to my email, but they only talk to the man of the house?
