For starters, they don't even send purchase confirmation emails. Then they don't send delivery confirmation notices. I did a fair amount of searching, to find a company that would deliver the next day. I
placed an order, to be delivered the next day - Friday. They arrived on Saturday! The recipient worked on Friday & would not return to work until Wednesday...
Total Failure!

Ordered flowers on the 9th of February for a delivery on the 10th of February they charged me a same day delivery fee and the didn't deliver the flowers.
When I called to see what happened to my delivery I was told they have up to midnight to deliver the flowers

I wanted to send a sympathy flower bouquet to my mom for a friends passing and they sent her a dead flower bouquet that wasn't full and wasn't even what I bought. When I tried to call there was a man who was very rude and tried to only give me a 20% refund back. When I called the second time they said they would be able to send me the bouquet I wanted but it wouldn't be the day I needed because they assumed it was a Valentine's Day gift. I will never shop with this company again, very poor customer service and not efficient.
I have had issues with deliveries twice now. Neither of the two times that I ordered a gift were they delivered. The company kept saying that it was delivered and gave me a time of delivery but my gift recipient never received them.

I will never order from these people again... EVER. I ordered a beautiful Orange Bouquet. What I got was purple OLD flowers that looked like they were from a funeral. When I called to complain they simply said over and over and over again the same words, "We are allowed to substitute some items when necessary". So, YOU WILL NOT get what you ordered. Don't even bother picking out an item because they can just send you ANYTHING they want and quote their substitution policy. This was a total disaster. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my sister who lost her spouse. I put in a code listed on the site which displayed $12 off and included same day shipping, a small teddy bear for her son to have and a balloon that says "Thinking of you" so the price came to $70.98. The flowers were so beautiful and they were her favorite colors red roses and white lilies in a red vase. I went to process the payment and it wouldn't allow me to, since the code was no longer valid and same day shipping was no longer valid within the matter of 2mins. I went back and the website displayed a different code where it gave me $6 off and shipping for the next day. Upset and in a hurry to get this done, I proceeded and after all tax and delivery charge the price came over $99.38. Mind you that this is for the most basic flower bouquet, which I'm still baffled about. After the purchase, hours later I received an email and a phone call saying that the order cannot be delivered since they cannot find a florist in the area they will try the following day, sorry for the inconvenience, and they would upgrade the bouquet of flowers due to this. The ordered was place around 12:30p, how is it hard to find a florist on a Friday at 12:30 in the afternoon. The flowers were delivered pass the scheduled day that was intended, she didn't receive a balloon, teddy bear and the flowers was not even close to the same flowers as I ordered which was a horrible. If I order something that mean I want that exact thing or close, if you couldn't provide that then I would of expected a phone call or email and not the complete opposite of what I ordered. I will never shop here again this was not a pleasant experience at all, especially for a very important occasion as my sister husbands passing away and wanting to order her favorite flowers and get a teddy bear and balloons to comfort my nephew. I feel like the company just wanted to make their money with little consideration of what was ordered.
I ordered "Spring Splendor" - asiatic Lillies, roses, iris, What I got? Ugly Gerber daisies, carnations and stock in the ugliest color combo I have ever seen. Also, in a squat square vase - not the big one in the picture. AND, I paid for Deluxe! Also watch out for the pricing - I tried to apply the 20% off code on already discounted flowers and it actually increased my price in checkout. NEVER AGAIN.
I ordered get well balloons with a teddy bear for my 3 year old granddaughter who was sick with covid. I requested next day delivery (Saturday)and paid for it. Bouquet was delivered next day, when I called and spoke with rep they apologized and said it would be there Monday and they were upgrading the order with more balloons and a bigger bear. Monday arrived and only half dead balloons were delivered. I called again to complain and they only wanted to reimburse me the cost of the bear OR a new delivery for next week. She is 3 and sick now!
After much back and forth they did send an email stating 100% money back in 3 business days. We shall see. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I should have read / listened to reviews first.
I ordered balloons for my son's birthday. He lives in Chicago and I am about 3 hours away. I paid almost $70 for the arrangement. After ordering at 8:30 AM on his birthday, the balloons were guaranteed delivery by 6:00 PM that day. I called, as well as used the chat option on the website to get an ETA. They couldn't give me one. Then I received an email stating that my son wasn't home when the shop attempted to deliver. So I called again and they again guaranteed delivery by 6 PM. They told me that the flower shop left a note on his door AND attempted to call him. I verified the address and phone number as well and it was all correct. There was never a note, nor did they attempt calling him. They were never delivered. I called the next day (with each phone call, I am speaking with a "manager"), and again they promised delivery by 6 PM, as well as promised a phone call when the shop opened. Yeah right. Never received that either. I received an email the next morning stating that the order was delivered. My son NEVER received the order and these people said they would refund my money and I still have yet to see that. This company is the worst and I highly recommend NOT using them!
Very disappointed. I ordered the flowers a day before my mother's in law 80th birthday. We had a special party for her and I was very excited to see her reaction receiving her favorite flowers. But then I received a text saying they where sorry but that they would deliver the arrangement TWO DAYS after the occasion. WTF! I didn't needed it for then! I canceled the order and really hope my money will be back to me. It is a shame for a company who's slogan is "We deliver the same day". I will never ever order online again. Unfortunately companies like this one harm the credibility of others.
I had ordered a funeral casket spay to go over the casket and NEVER received it. It was ordered 5 days ahead of time and to be delivered a day before the funeral to make sure it arrived in time. NEVER RECEIVED and they tried to say there was none to receive it when it was to be delivered directly to the funeral home. Needless to say, I will never use them again.
This was THE worst flower order I have ever had. I placed an order a week out. The day AFTER it was due to be delivered, I received notice that it would not be delivered on time and was rescheduled for 4 days later. On the new date, at 5pm, I received an email that again it would not be able to be delivered on time. I called in the morning to find out the status, only to be asked if I would like them to call the florist for delivery THAT day. When I pointed out that it was now a week late, she offered me 20% back (which I never did receive.) I received no shipping nor delivery confirmation, so called again the next day. The florist was unable to fulfill that order, would I like them to call another, I agreed. Again, no confirmation whatsoever. I had to call again the next morning. Again, I was told the florist was again unable to fulfill that order. I did cancel that time. The only good thing I will say is that my refund was processed quickly.
Ordered white and blue flowers for my grandfather's funeral with flags and a Navy ribbon to lay over his casket. It never arrived. In fact, it was sent to a wrong address. After rechecking the order with the funeral home staff member, they confirmed the flowers were to be sent to the funeral home address. Customer service took forever to get in touch with while we were at the viewing for my grandfather. This is the worst service I have ever experienced from any company, anywhere. Wrong address, flowers weren't even delivered at the right time, wrong flowers were sent to the wrong address. I wouldn't have given it 1 star. This is an unreliable company.
I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my mother on December 18 to be delivered on December 22nd. It was never delivered. A delivery person called her to confirm her address. They sent me an email asking me to confirm her address. Then they said the would deliver on December 27th apologized for the mix up and send an enhanced arrangement. NOTHING! On December 29th I get an email stating they had canceled the order because I hadn't answered any of their emails. I was furious. I called them, got some other country and they could barely speak English. All the guy said was they were sorry and that they couldn't find a florist in her area. Her town is over 50,000 people. I would never deal with this company again. And I would never recommend anyone order from them!

I ordered what looked like a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife's 50th birthday and tried "sendflowers.com" for this. It's the first and last time I will ever use them. Here's why...
The pictures online were nice, beautiful little romantic bouquet, red vase, mix of red and white roses and red and white carnations, some pine and holly, with a ribbon. Seems pretty simple to get at least close to recreating this at the contract flower place they use, right? I guess not.
I had also upgraded the order to the "premium" option which is supposed to have more flowers and be a little bigger, etc.
What I received was a SMALL bouquet of all WHITE roses, with a few red carnations, some baby's breath, and some greenery (plant leaves). Red vase and bow were about the only similarity to their pictures online. I'll likely go out and hand pick some flowers for my wife and make sure it's done right. I understand that sometimes florists have to substitute a bit to make things work, but seriously? There were no red roses, no pine, no holly, no white carnations and the quantity of flowers looked more like I bought the "budget" bouquet.
I contacted customer service using their automated email that is sent after the order to let them know what happened. The only good thing about the experience is that I did get a quick reply. However, it wasn't the response I wanted. I basically got a 30% discount on the order and an apology. No offer to make it right, just a $17 refund to my card. I don't typically leave negative reviews and it's costing me much more to take the time to do this that these flowers, but honestly, I am pretty pissed off so took the time to do this. I won't EVER buy flowers at this run-of-the-mill dollar-burger-grade flower shop. If you are looking for something a 3rd grader can put together, then go for it. However, if you need something special, I'd keep looking.
Didn't even think to check before using this service, so sadly most of blame I guess should be on me. Arrangement I ordered was a third of the size pictured. Was so embarrassed when I asked recipient to send picture. Called customer service and went to India/Dominican Republic and got lip service. Better off sending nothing. Bottom line…don't use Sendflowers.com. You'll be ripped off
I ordered an expensive bouquet for my mom at Christmas. Flowers were to be delivered the next day but were not. Checking their website tracking, it said they had been delivered, but my mom had not received them. I called the company 3 times to get a delivery and finally after 5 days they did. But the flowers were not even close to what I had ordered! Very chinchey, a sparce bouquet of daisy's instead of roses. Very cheap looking. Horrible experience!
Go to 1 800 flowers! I used Sendflowers and they were more expensive and didnt even get there till rhe next day! Called aeveral times and got a big $13 back off of an $82 order! Never again
