I placed an order for delivery and checked in using their chat during the day, for a status update and I was assured my order would be delivered. At 6:00 p.m. after waiting all day, I reached out to them again. The agent said delivery attempted. I stayed home all day for this delivery and checked our cameras which confirmed that I didn't accidentally miss the delivery. Requested a refund, hopefully they will follow through.

I ordered a wicker basket with plants for a dear friend that I considered a son. It was for his funeral.
What they sent was nothing like what was pictured and what I thought I paid for. I have called and sent email after email. No one will return my messages. The site says they have 100% money back guarantee. But looking at the reviews I don't believe that's the case. I don't want a coupon for my next purchase because there will not be a next purchase. I am adding the picture of what I thought I was getting or something similar to it and what was actually sent. I just can't believe that they will not stand behind what they say online.

My Grandma passed away last week so I was a little late in ordering flowers for my Mother's birthday. I paid extra to have it show up on time. Not only did they not deliver it... they then offered me 10bucks towards a next order (I paid 14.73) to have it show up on that day.

They then offered a 10% rebate... And sent me an email where they gave me 5%... Which at that point isn't even the couple dollars they shorted me... That's shady and scummy and I cannot recommend against this company enough!

Horrible customer service! You get a different agent each time (they are not based in the USA). Before I purchased an order I made sure to ask if it will be delivered at a certain day and time window period. I was assured that my order will be handled as per instructions and they will call the recipient before delivery. They used UPS to deliver the flower arrangement and never communicated with them. UPS left it at the wrong time, in the wrong place, without even notifying the recipient. Needless to say that the package has not been discovered by the recipient since (probably it will be once it is too late). DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICE! I could have done a better job myself, without spending all that money.

Balloons were ordered for my daughters birthday. They took all info except they didn't ask what would be a good delivery time. They didn't call to say they were on the way. I got an email saying that they tried to deliver balloons but no one was home. My ring doorbell shows no one coming at this time, but there was someone home, just no cars in the driveway. Supposedly the time they claim to be at my house and the actual time I got home was about 10 minutes. I responded to the email and said we're home. You get a general automated text back. I let them know we were home and their response was they would send. I called the main number and put in my order number and was told the order was out for delivery. Needless to say no balloons were delivered to my daughter on her birthday. Can't speak to an actual person, but how do you do business if you try to deliver flowers or balloons and no one is home during the day? Most people can't sit home waiting for you or they work. They didn't reattempt to deliver. Just one and done? So you have these balloons driving around in a car and you can't use them again so why not get paid to deliver the product. Your system doesn't work amd you promised delivery which you clearly did not do. I would never attempt to purchase anything from you and do not recommend anyone else doing so. I know for a fact you did not come because I went through my ring camera history... poor service for sure!

I ordered these flowers. Never looked at the reviews. My HUGE mistake. I am leaving a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered A DAY LATE! The consultants keep making promises that they can not keep. They send out by FED EX? And of course they arent going to show up like they are suppose to look and then after being on a truck all day, then half a day the next day. I am DISGUSTED that these people are still i business.

DONT SEND FLOWERS!

I've ordered from a bunch of different flower delivery service. This experience was the worst one by far, and the only negative review I've ever written about a flower delivery service. I ordered the flowers 5 days in advance and scheduled the delivery. Did online chat assuring me flowers would be there by end of business day. They were not. Called the number the next day to find out when they would be delivered and what caused the delay? Was told the delivery was "scheduled"-no ETA or window of time, anything. Called back and was put on hold forever. Was finally told "well, your order 'should maybe' get there today, but if it doesn't, call back?" Umm great, thanks so much? No refund, no even assurance that my flowers would be delivered 1 day late after I ordered them well in advance. Just "maybe they might get there today, idk, LOL!"

Yeah, order from literally ANYWHERE else

Just DONT ORDER ANYTHING from them because you will be disappointed.

Long story short - purchased two *premium* flower bouquets to be delivered to my loved ones.
1. None of them got there on time
2. Both didn't look the way pictures presented them
3. Both were missing the extra chocolate I ordered as a nice add-on

Customer service was a joke, ordered a small % refund even though I've explained that I had to go and buy another 2 sets of flowers because they didn't deliver on time. So not only did I not get my money back, but also spent more and had to do it myself.

Just stop the service, shut down the company because you're embarrassing yourself.

I recently placed an order with this service this past Valentine's Day, and during that time, I'm thinking "it's early, by the time I get off work, the flowers will be there, and everything's lovely". I placed the order at 9 A.M., I called to check the delivery status at 4:45 P.M., I was told that the flowers were scheduled for next day delivery! An entire week has elapsed, but these people are still telling me the same lie, from a different person about my refund. You are free to take your chances, but I will never use them again! I didn't check on their reputation, and it cost me!

I used to order flowers from here with no problem, but after this last ordeal, never again. I ordered for valentines a week before the day. A week after valentines and my order was still lost. Contacted customer service and they promised 3 times that the flowers would be delivered and nothing. I finally demanded a refund and with all the other flower delivery options, I will never be using sendflowers.com again.

Don't trust deliver time or day

I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered yesterday. The did not arrive by 6pm as the email said they would. I used the Chat and had a very nice representative after waiting 30 minutes. He assured me the order would be delivered yesterday. The order never arrived.
I called customer service today and had to wait again for about 10 minutes. It was barely able to understand the representative. I told him what happened and that I wanted to get my money back, as the order was never received. He said they would give me 30% off the order and a $10 gift card. I said no, I want a full refund. He had to talk to a supervisor, but I was finally able to get a refund. I will not use them again.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. They left the flowers outside in freezing conditions and they were dead when we got them after work. Asked for reimbursement and they gave me 20% off my order. Very dissatisfied.

Terrible business

This company could not get my Valentines flowers delived on 2/14/22 or 2/15/22 and wanted me to accept a coupon for further business as an apology of their bad service. They spout a 100% satisfaction guarantee which is complete BS.
Don't waste your time or money on this company!

Disappointed

My order ******* was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, but it didn't happen. They apogized and said it will be delivered on Monday which is valentines day. I said ok, my order was for valentines day. The order didn't show up on Monday and I'm charged for 67 dollars. Don't shop with them.

We ordered a next day delivery arrangement with vase and added Get Well balloons. My mother-in-law was in the ER for 4 days straight and couldn't get flowers delivered there. My father in law was going back and forth to their home located nearby and in a residential neighborhood located near a decent amount of commerce, a large high school and a few large subdivisions.
The driver claimed she couldn't find the house even though there are only 3 properties located on their road, it is off a well-traveled main road and is easily mapped via Google Maps and Apple Maps. The delivery person also claimed she didn't speak or understand English well when my father-in-law tried to call her. My question of course is why wasn't the driver using google translate or a similar app or even text which can auto translate.
The driver decided it was ok in the FL weather and heat to leave the flowers down the side of a road unattended for anyone traveling down the main road to take. A neighbor snapped a pic to send to the other neighbors to see if someone was missing an order, if an order was stolen or if someone died since people sometimes leave roadside memorials when a person dies there.
In short if you want your flowers to make it the amount you pay for delivery wont matter and they will likely be left to get stolen or ruined. In short the flowers never made it and when I contacted the company I got multiple auto replies they have ready for this type of situation it happens so often. They had the nerve to say they would refund 20% of the order total so like $9.00 for flowers that never made it in the middle of a family medical emergency. They are the worst. Total scam company. This company needs to be put out of business.
