Annoyed and frustrated was how I described my initial experience when my wife's flowers didn't show up the day expected.
I wrote a poor review. Which I never like doing. Unbeknownst to me, their customer care team replied to a response I had sent to refund my money since my order did not arrive.
I later saw an extremely apologetic, genuine email followed by a second. My order was "cancelled", I was credited and then my order showed up a day later. I must say I am very surprised. It's easy to write a bad review and I felt compelled to turn it around since that's exactly what they did.
I ordered 2vsets of flowers going 5 blocks apart for Moyhers day and when I ordered I picked the day before as it was available then got an email that they wouldn't be delivered until 4 days later. 4 days later 1 got delivered the other did not. Ever time you call and complain they gave me $7.00 back. If I could give them negative stars I would!
I ordered flowers for a funeral on Monday, to be delivered Wednesday afternoon. I got a call around lunch on Wednesday, telling me "the florist cancelled the order yesterday". I asked why I was not notified yesterday, so I could reach a reputable florist. No answer.
Very difficult to understand. Strong accent, and understands little of what I say.

I would give them 0 stars but i had to click on a least one. Total third party scam. Advertises same day deliver but doesnt follow through. How can you say that and then the florist delivers 5 days late? Wanted flowers delivered for 5/7/22. Not even same day. Ordered on 5/5/22. Now it's 5/9 and they are saying they will delivered on 510/22. Got an electronic message that the delivery won't be made until 5/11/22. UNSATISFACTORY!
Title says it all. I can't believe they wilted less than a day after delivery. I would give them 0 stars if a could, but I contacted customer service and got a response within 24 hours, and they gave me a 20% discount. So I'm giving them a 20% discount. Last time I use their services.
They took my payment and then never sent the flowers and gave some bull$#*! reason they couldn't deliver. Said that they refunded the money, but they DID NOT REFUND A CENT. There's no way to contact them and you will never see your money again. This is a total scam. DO not trust these people. They will rob you. I would not even give them one star at all... rather it should be one of those smiling pile of $#*! emojis.
No flowers for my 94-year-old mother on Mother's Day. Supposed to deliver on Friday, still nothing!
I ordered Mother's Day flowers on 4/13/22, plenty of time to make sure they got there by May 8th! My order confirmation shows delivery date of May 6,2022 (2 days before Mother's Day, but that's what I chose). It is now 3:00 in the afternoon on Mother's Day and my mother has not received them. I called the company and talked to someone with such a heavy accent I could barely figure out what he was saying. He said they will be delivered tomorrow. The day after Mother's Day! Unacceptable!. Really unacceptable. I think their customer service said I will get a refund on the delivery fee, again, not sure what all he said.
My sister and I have been unable to travel to spend time with our mother on her birthday. Instead, our plan was to show her how much she is loved and missed through an elegant birthday bouquet. I am beyond embarrassed that her PREMIUM "Lavish Rose Bouquet" looked more like something that would be purchased at a local grocery store rather than from a florist. We absolutely did not get what was advertised and certainly not what we paid for. Customer service did refund a small portion and the cost of the birthday balloon that they forgot but still absolutely not worth the money we paid.
I ordered flowers for mother's day 2 weeks ahead of time.
But these people didn't sent the flowers on mother's day nor on any following days.
Everytime i called them i always get the same answer that its scheduled for delivery and it will be delivered soon.
Finally I got frustrated and I asked for my refund, they didn't even gave me refund.

I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law who recently lost her precious daughter 6 months ago. Not only did they say the flowers were delivered, customer service refused to contact the florist. The customer service is completely useless and they refuse to give you the florist information so you can contact them. They told me to wait for an email. I told them I was going to call my credit card company and request a refund!
I placed two separate orders two weeks ago. One for my 16 yr olds b-day and one for Mother's Day for my mom. They did not I repeat did not send either order on time nor did they bother to tell me they would be late. I had to keep calling them to check on my order. As of right now 4pm my mom still hasn't gotten her flowers and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday. Never never again. I'm going with 1 800 Flowers from now on.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I ordered a premium snack basket that cost almost $90 and it looks like there is $20 worth of snacks at the MOST. I had to run out to the store to put more items in the basket, which cost me another $20! I also ordered the Ultimate Fruit Basket for same day delivery and it is now 5:40pm and it STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED! Customer Service is of NO HELP what-so-ever. I am sick to my stomach on how much money I spent and how awful this entire process has been. Please do not waste your time or money on this company. You will be sorry!
I ordered a bouquet named Raspberry Sorbet. I would think that color would be SOMEWHERE in the arrangement! Only one rose... which was yellow?! Not alot of flowers for $74! I could have gone to Walmart and bought a bundle for $15-$20 and they would have been prettier. So disappointed! On the left are the flowers I purchased and the right is what they had pictured. I understand it wouldn't be exact, but jeez!
Ordered balloons for my Sons bday to be delivered to his school but they never arrived! I called customer service, I could barely understand the lady, she wants to offer me half my money back and for them to be delivered next week, I said no his bday was today! Then she tried offering me so many other things but wouldn't give me a 100% refund! I'm gonna have to file a claim with my credit card company! Don't trust them they will take your money and not send out your order!
I should have read the reviews before... I ordered a flower birthday cake the day before "the cake" had to be delivered. On the day of the supposed delivery I was informed by email that the address couldn't be found. There was nothing wrong with the address on the order and the address is not difficult to find. Then at 4:00 PM, I receive an email that it can't be delivered anymore on the day requested and that I will get a refund for the same day delivery. I hadn't even ordered it for same day delivery. Then they decide to cancel my order without my approval and state that they have tried to contact me several times. I had answered every email they sent. I had called as well and an automatic response said the order was out for delivery, which was definitely not true. It looks like you are talking with a robot per email, because the replies are off. I am actually pleased that I will receive a refund now without even requesting it, because this website is a joke. It is only unfortunate that the recipient won't receive a flower birthday cake.
Finally did get a refund. Has to rush order through a reputable company, which of course cost $20 more, but it git done, no thanks to Send Flowers
Worst floral delivery company! Ordered an Easter arrangement, it did not get delivered. Contacted them, they acted like they cared, said they'd get with the local florist. I contacted them all day long, flowers were never delivered and they state they can not give me the name of the local florist and have ignored my request for reimbursement. My mother is 97. This will likely be her last Easter. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed in this company.
Ordered the balloons with teddy bear for a neighbor's little boy who was recovering from an illness. The main draw was the teddy bear. Balloons were delivered, but no bear. They wouldn't send the bear and only refunded us $15.00. We spent over $50 just for balloons. Would never use this shoddy company again!
Do not order from here. I ordered a bouquet called roses and tulips for my sister's 50th birthday and it was all pink (her favorite color). That is NOT what arrived and was definitely NOT the premium size I ordered for $75. It looked like a bunch of flowers thrown together from a grocery store. Wish I'd just stuck with a local florist or 1800flowers but my credit card was offering a discount to use them. I'm so upset.
I ordered a gift basket as a gift they claimed FREE next day delivery but there was a fee BUT I paid for it like a fool. The recipient has not received flowers and they claim it was delivered but recipient did not get it and they could not tell if it was on porch or left w someone etc. They said they would check w local florist but they are not authorized to tell local florist contact information. Not great customer service at all for the amount I spent. They keep repeating order was delivered please check I did check that is why I am calling. Stay away from here. They also get nasty when you challenge for more details
