I ordered flowers arrangement for my mom's 97th birthday. I want to cheer her up with one of her favorite color and flowers mixed orange roses and daisies. They deliver mostly white daisies few orange roses! I called complained Nancy apologized and send 2nd flower arrangement which worse than first one. In glass vase and fewer flowers and no orange roses and daisies. Sheena answered my 2nd complained, I asked her what did I ordered her answer was " mixed orange roses and daisies " Not everyone can celebrate 97th birthday and you want to surprise you're love one and florist mess up I think " I apologized is not enough " I attached the Orange mixed roses and daisies with nice pot … SEE what my mom received 2 flowers arrangement not even close to what I ordered and paid for! Do you think refund is the florist consultation to dissatisfied customer! The trust and good service is very important!
The item I bought was for a 1 year old girl & it not only arrived a day late, it look nothing like the ones I picked out. It was supposed to be a pink lamb filled with pink flowers but instead they sent a yellow lion with blue & white flowers. Never Again!

This is the worst company I have delt with in a long time. I picked out a beautiful arrangement with balloon, got an email saying it was delivered on the wrong day. Called to complain turns out it was not delivered that day. I called them several times and spoke to many people who assured me it would be delivered on the correct day and they upgraded my order to deluxe for my trouble. I called many times the day it was to be delivered and at the last delivery time 6pm it arrived. I was shocked at what was sent. Below are pictures of what I ordered and what was sent. I was livid! So much so I demanded full refund and will file claims with PayPal (so glad I used them to pay for it), the BBB, and consumer protection agency. This place is a scam! Read all the reviews first. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM..
Flowers were delivered promptly, and per instructions. Paid $37+ for the middle option (deluxe?). Not sure arrangement was worth it. It's a cutesy arrangement. But smaller than expected and nothing special to me, you be the judge. With just one rose, 5 carnations, and some filler flowers, it's maybe too expensive for what it is? Flowers seemed fresh though. Not overly impressed. Don't think I would order from them again.
I will admit I did not check the reviews until after I had placed my order and once I checked them I got super worried and was afraid I had wasted my money. I ordered the "Love in Bloom Rose Bouquet" and had it sent to a different state than where I live, and I had same-day delivery. I will admit I was panicking. But when my girlfriend received her order it had come in perfect condition and was beautiful. It arrived the same day that I had ordered it and it looked even better than it did on the website. I am very pleased with what I ordered!
Ordered the pink rose with white lily bouquet from the 1st page of the "Just because". What came was something I could have purchased at a grocery store. Very disappointed. Will not waste my money here again. Read the reviews on this company.
What the hell. We ordered this bouquet with at least 20-30 orchids for Father's Day. We got this limp wristed attempt with TWO that is so far out of the ballpark I am inclined to think they just straight up got it wrong because how can you look at these two photos and think that's even the same product?
You owe me a refund and extra money back for messing this up.
Had fliers and chocolates delivered today to my cuter wife the chocolate was melted and flowers are almost dead customers service said sorry we can't do anything for me but only refund money for the chocolate
I ordered a bundle which was supposed to be 24 roses and a box of Godiva chocolates. Only 18 of the roses where delivered and the chocolates never made it. I also ordered a plant with 5 maylar balloons which never showed up. A refund for 20% was not a fair refund for the flowers and candy due to the high price. I am still waiting on the refund for a plant and 5 maylar balloons for $98. I was told they need to do a investigation on the flourist to see why so many item were missing. Save yourself the trouble of thinking you will save money with this company. I didn't read the poor reviews before I used them.
I had flowers delivered to a dear friend, they never came when promised but 2 days later and did not match what i ordered at all but sent a sloppily pathetic looking version instead. Very dissatisfied with service received.
I ordered flowers to make surprise for my friend. Ordered around 8am and time is 4.45pm she still didn't get it. Nobody knows what time they gonna do delivery. Please do not use this website. They are scam and they do not refund the money
First of all i never got my flowers that i ordered for my mom, just to be nice. So i called asking for a refund and they were extremely confusing and said i'd get my money back in 1-3 business days. About a week later i still haven't.
This company says next day delivery available, but did not even make it yet and it's two days past the funeral. Would never use this service again!
I ordered two Deluxe Enchanted Garden flower arrangements because I was advised on the phone that if I paid more the arrangements would look like the picture advertised on the website. I felt sick when my sisters sent me pictures of what they received. The arrangements delivered did not resemble what I had ordered. When I called to express my COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION they offered to reimburse me $22 for each arrangement. That is not satisfaction guaranteed as they advertise.
The day before yesterday I ordered a bouquet for a family who has lost their son. I have never sent anything to another address than mine, outside my country. I don't live in The US. So I was worried it might not get in time. But SendFlower team did all they could to make it all perfect

They promised to send my flowers on Mother's Day although they never did. I asked for a return and they tried to bargain to send them 2 weeks after Mother's Day. Thankfully I got my money back after 5 mins of asking for a refund. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY
Ordered my wife 30th wedding anniversery was not deliveded althouth I got a confirmation email stating it was delivered when it was not. Called the company and they said thry will start an investigation. I asked for my money back but was refused. Never ever order from this company.
