Can't Trust their Florist

Most of time, they are okay, but few times, just recently I ordered Get Well bouquet with balloon for my sister, they delivered without it, called, the florist made the second delivered yesterday 12'-18- 2022, still didn't have balloon, they did offered partial refund. To me it's not worth it. Then in October 2022, the florist did not delivered the Birthday bouquet to my sister, but they texted me, they did delivered. It was a Big Lie, called they did delivered. To consumers be very careful when you deal with Send Flowers.com. Myself, I am looking elsewhere to order flowers.

This is a scam!

I ordered flowers for my first cousin's funeral on December 6,2022. The funeral was December 10,2022. The cost was $144 41. The flowers were never delivered. I requested a refund, and received a full refund! They tried to get me to give the flowers to living relatives. I said NO! This company is a scam!

Send Flowers.com is a waste of $

I regret using this company to send flowers to my daughter for Thanksgiving 2022 who works as a nurse and was unable to share in the holiday. Shame on me for trying to save $12.
For almost $70, sendflowers.com delivered $12 worth of product. I am all for companies making $, but the results of what arrived was poor to say the least. I would not recommend them and wish I had searched reviews prior to using them.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Total bait and switch

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my husband. What was delivered was an arrangement with wilted flowers, different colors and a different vase. Looked nothing like the photo. Called customer service and they offered 30 percent on another purchase. Seriously?! I would never order again from a company that does not stand behind their products even when they subcontract out to local florists. With the costs of everything now a days, do not put your hard earned money here. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Did not arrive on time

I ordered a balloon arrangement for a 21st birthday taking place in New York. I placed the order 10 days in advance. It never arrived on the actual birthday which was a huge disappointment. I called and they said "sorry, but we don't have a florist to deliver them on time." Really - in New York City! They delivered the day after the birthday. My consolation prize was a $7 credit on a $55 order, even though customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Avoid them.

We ordered an arrangement for a baby girl which was supposed to be pink and white flowers in a round pink container. The flowers came in a square container with a few pink carnations, a few yellow roses and what looks like leftover mauve Christmas lilies. The only part of the arrangement I was satisfied with was the balloon. Do not order from this company! The pictures posted are deceptive. I wish I could get my money returned. Very disappointed!

This is unfortunately the second time I have used this company. I had forgotten that some years ago I ordered a basket of ever greens that they were unable to supply. Instead of contacting me, they sent out a very substandard arrangement. I remembered the company when the same thing happen again this Christmas. This is not a company, if you want to say it with flowers. Use someone else.

Flower Christmas tree

I just sent my friend what I thought was a cute little Christmas tree arrangement through Sendflowers.com. I even paid for the deluxe size. My friend thanked me a sent me a picture of what she received. And I was totally shocked and so so disappointed. Her arrangement looked like they just haphazardly put greens in with a couple flowers a little decorations and it was NOT shaped like a Christmas tree at all. I called the company and all they would do is give me a $20 certificate toward a future order. Which I am not going to use. And they would not tell me the florist used. I will not use this company again. You can see by the pictures how bad a job the local florist did.

Worst ever

If I could give a negative 1 I would! Worst service! NEVER GOT THERE! All I got in compensation was 50% off my next order which I will of course never make! Agents who keep apologizing and being condescending! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They ruined my daughters birthday surprise!

Not a good experience!

I ordered a bouquet of yellow tulips for my son's girlfriend for her birthday. I ordered them 8 days in advance. On the day of delivery, I was notified that the yellow tulips weren't available in the delivery area and that they were going to substitute different flowers instead. When I called customer service, no one was able to tell me what flowers were going to be delivered. I expressed my disappointment with the lack of knowledge and communication. If they were going to make a substitution, they should have notified me sooner so I could give approval or cancel the order altogether.
When I asked my a refund, the CSR tried to just give me a $15 credit. UNACCEPTABLE!
I asked to speak to supervisor & I mentioned their satisfaction guarantee. I did get a refund finally, but will never use them again. Left photo is photo from their website. Right photo is what got delivered.

Sucks

They never received the flowers and I ordered them a week in advance. No information about the flowers or anything. A birthday was ruined and still no information to be provided. Should have stayed with 1-800-flowers. Don't buy from here.

Mom didn't get her flowers

My mother did not receive her flowers on her birthday. I have called and emailed the company and they said they are going to send them - we shall see... I wish I would have looked up these reviews before placing my order. I placed my order through my Capital One credit card, trusting that they would have vetted a company associated with their name. I will be contacting Capital One about this as well. They should not work with this company. They are terrible.

Worst purchase ever!

I ordered a colorful arrangement such as pictured, with a balloon and box of chocolates. For my son's birthday!
Flowers arrived wilted and old. No chocolates and only white and pink flowers. And the smallest arrangement ever!
And charged me $77.00! Rediculous.
I thought I was buying from 1-800-flowers.
Sendflowers posed as them.
Never ever again! I do not understand how they are in business. Probably relying on first and only time buyers! Scammers!

Do not order from this site!

I placed an order for my daughter bday and they sent them a day early. I called the 1(800) number to complain and they offered a refund and to deliver another bouquet on my original request date and I agreed. The third party flower shop contacted my daughter and asked her why I canceled the order and told my daughter that the florist is a single mother and if I cancel the order that she (the florist) will be late on her rent. That was extremely unprofessional to contact my daughter and bother her about this issue as she was only on the receiving end. I was the person who placed the order so I should've been the one to contact. However, it is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to call either on of us and tell us about the florists financial situation! My daughter called me confused as to what is going on? I had to explain to her the problem. I will never order from this site ever again! I should have read the reviews first.

THEY Are the Worst

I am so unhappy with Send Flowers and their service. My first time ordering Flowers online and with this company. I order flowers for my daughter to brighten her day and paid for same Day service was told the order will arrive between 9am-6 pm. Called midday to make sure the flower would get to her and was told don't worry it will. Well, at 7 pm the flowers did not arrive so I called. The customer service rep was trying to give me all these excuses and telling me they can't get in touch with the florist and I need to wait until tomorrow. I told the young man that it was unacceptable and I wanted my Refund. I also mention the Satisfaction Guarantee that they stand by and fail. I will never use them ever and will never order online again.

Did not deliver

I ordered flowers for a friend who is out of state early in the morning. Sendflowers.com ensured the flowers would be delivered same day, this was my first time using them. I followed up mid day to ensure on time delivery. They assured me they would be delivered. I received a notification my order was cancelled late afternoon. It was to late in the day to order from any other local florist for delivery. After being placed on hold for 8minutes with no follow up, the rep promised me they would be delivered that day, then when I requested a supervisor, the supervisor told me they wouldn't. My friend wasn't availble to receive the flowers any other time. Extrememly disappointed and will not be using in the future. Poor customer service.

I called them on Saturday morning to have flowers delivered to my uncle's funeral Monday Morning by 9:30 a.m. they assured me several times that they would be there on time there would be no problem they even called me Monday morning to let me know that they would be there they never showed up to my uncle's funeral then when I called to complain and get my money back they asked me if there was somewhere else they could send the flowers it was a $200 flower arrangement with a banner that said loving uncle they then asked me if I would like to have it sent to another family member I told them that the funeral was over and there would be no use for the flowers anymore I had to wait on the phone for 25 minutes while they checked to see if they could give me a refund then I had to then I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money to be refunded they didn't offer any type of apologies or any type of compensation for missing such a important event as a funeral for your uncle I was heartbroken that the flowers did not make it to the funeral so this is a very unprofessional company I suggest if it's anything important don't use this company because they don't care then I have to wait 3 to 5 days to be refunded my money very unprofessional and rude so they don't even rate one star with me

They do not deliver

Ordered flowers, candy, balloons for my daughters birthday and she never got them. Ordered on Wednesday for same day delivery and Friday when she left work she never got them. This is a scam website. Do not let the pretty pictures fool you.
