We lost our son a year ago was sending flowers to our daughter. They charged my credit card BUT can't find the order. Besides this being such a sad day for me and now this. I was trying to save a few $$. Something I just can't do anything about.
I ordered flowers for my in-law who is ill and I wanted to cheer her up. I ordered flowers to be delivered to her condo. I told her they would be arriving on a Monday but I received an email that day that there was a delay and they'd arrive the next day. So then I had to let her know so she wasn't watching out for them. Next day I received another email that they were delayed another day. Embarrassing to have to tell her again about delay. The next day they called me and said they couldn't find a florist in her area and that they would have to send UPS, another day of delay! I wished I had never told her they were coming but since she lives in a condo building where there is no reception area, I wanted to be sure she knew they were coming. So finally after 3 delays, the flowers were delivered, but to the wrong building! Fortunately, the unintended receiver of the flowers called her(the phone #apparently is listed on address label) to tell her and she had to go to this other building in her complex to retrieve the flowers. She has cancer and complications from Covid and this was the worst way to attempt to wish her well! When I called to complain they only offered a $20 gift certificate toward my "next" order! Why would I ever order again after this embarrassing experience?
This company has to rely on finding a florist in the delivery area to fulfill the orders and my guess is that they have trouble in some areas, especially to match the price they want to pay in order to fatten their own profits. This is why you can't depend on them, in the first place, to deliver at all, and in the second place, to deliver what you ordered. Hence so many complaints about different arrangements from what was ordered. I have no idea if my order was even close to what she received as I was too embarrassed at that point to ask her!
I DO NOT recommend this company. Best to call a local florist in the area to deliver a quality arrangement, as I'm not sure that any ".com" internet orders are reliable.
I paid extra to have flowers delivered to my daughter yesterday for a special occasion. Her building has a doorman, a concierge and a front desk, and someone was at her residence all day. The flowers were never delivered so I spent 2 hours on the phone with them this morning trying to get it resolved. They refuse to do anything so I have just filed a chargeback with my bank and placed an order with another company. Don't use this company. They are a complete rip off
I ordered a $70 arrangement for my brothers funeral. It was supposed to be a full rounded arrangement, a nice size, but instead I got a very small arrangement that one would pay under $30. My total was $82 with delivery and they were delivered a few minutes before the service although I requested delivery the day before. I will NEVER order from here again.
I ordered a basic White Lily Gift of Thanks. I was surprised when I got to the paypal checkout that what was a $35.99 arrangement was now $53.73. I had to re-checkout w/out paypal in order to eventually find a breakdown of the extra charges. I went ahead with my order and after a couple hours I noticed I was getting a call from SendFlowers but I was in a work meeting at the time. When I was done with work I noticed that I had received an email from them saying the order could not proceed until they spoke with me directly. I called them back (probably 2 hours after they called me), looked up my order number and confirmed all my information and was told I would need to be transferred to someone else. I had to give that person my order number again, confirm my info again, put on hold again, only to be transferred a third time to someone else. Once again had to provide my order number and confirm my information (I was actually starting to think maybe I was getting scammed at one point) only for that person to tell me that my order had been cancelled because I did not immediately get back to them to confirm some mysterious information fast enough. I asked the lady what it was they needed to discuss with me prior to moving forward with the order and she said they, "needed to confirm my information" WTF. This company is pointless.
Ordered birthday balloon arrangement that when purchased said same day delivery but then received email saying it would be 2 days after the birthday. Had some difficulty canceling order. They offered a discount but I wanted a full refund which I eventually got. Will not use again
I placed two identical orders for delivery to my wife and daughter three days before requested delivery day. When delivered, there was only one arrangement and it was not the arrangement that I ordered. I called customer service and provided them the order numbers, I believe it is an overseas telephone center as it was extremely difficult to understand the gentleman. Anyway, they prepared the second order and delivered it to my wife -- the arrangement was NOT the large size that I requested and paid for, but the smallest version. By this time, I was frustrated and very angry so did not pursue the matter further. 1st photo: Large arrangement on the left is not what I ordered. I ordered a very cute lamb vase with white and pink roses. They tried to tell me it was delivered when it wasn't. They didn't have what I ordered but never asked about a substitute and when I called to find my order said I didn't agree to a substitute. It looked like the smallest order when I paid for the largest and it threw on a 15.00 delivery charge at the end. Awful. Never again. Don't use them. See what you think below.
I ordered a birthday gift of flowers and a large box of candy. It was orders at 7:27pm on 1/19/23. I just happened to look at my email 1/21/23 and found out the flowers were never delivered! I called the company to find out why and they could not provide me with a valid reason (s). When I was asked the name of the bank that owned my card, a red flag went up. I should have goggled reviews for this company before ordering. I will be cancelling my card for sure. People beware! My order#******* for verification.

I paid $60 for just a bunch of flowers, I have chosen a rich bouquet of lilies and roses in big vase, but they delivered just few flowers in a slender vase. Total waste of money. First image shows what I ordered, second image is what is received.
I paid for same day delivery and my balloons were not delivered. After waiting two more days and being promised they would be delivered… they were not. I spent almost an hour getting a refund. I have not seen the refund yet on my credit card. Terrible company. Stay away!'
Saying I'm highly disappointed with is flower company would be an understatement. I cannot find a suitable word to describe my current anger and dissatisfaction with them. I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my sister for her 85th birthday. I paid extra for same day delivery and ordered them early in the morning. The website stated they would be delivered by 6pm. They were not. I called to cancel the order and requested a refund since I was not satisfied. They state "satisfaction guaranteed" I beg to differ. This is the next day and the flowers still have not arrived. I will be disputing this charge with my CC company once posted. Save yourself unwanted grief and DO NOT use this company. They will rip you off!
I ordered a Christmas Cactus for delivery and it never arrived. I got an email saying they delivered it but they didn't. I am disputing this with my CC. I made the mistake of not using Google to check them out first I just trusted my plant would be delivered. PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did run from this company and order from a trusted company!
I ordered a Christmas centerpiece arrangement for my niece and sister to share on their table for the big family celebration. While the price was fair, service and the actual arrangement were horrible. For one thing, I requested that the centerpiece would be delivered on December 22 to be enjoyed through the holiday. It did not arrive until today, December 27 (to be fair, I did receive a notification that delivery was delayed). I ordered the premium arrangement and what arrived was a pathetic far cry from that. First pic below is what it looked like when delivered. Second photo is what I ordered. I understand that the actual arrangement may not look "exactly" as the photo on the website, but what arrived was a far cry from it. I also had ordered the "premium" style of the arrangement. I contacted Send Flowers and they offered a 20% refund but I insisted on a complete refund which they honored. I, however, will never use them again.
Ordered a very large gift basket for my Aunt in NY as I live in WI. They promised next day delivery. Didn't arrive even though I got notification saying it did. Then I call and they said we will deliver 4 days later so now she won't have her Christmas gift for Christmas! Well on the 4th day later guess what! Still nothing! I demanded a refund. If I don't receive refund in 3 days guess who will back to give and other bad review. That's right ME! Buyers beware! Do not order from this company. If I could use profanity in my review I would drop so many curse words about my experience with these guys!
We ordered a fruit basket and paid extra for Christmas Eve delivery. My mother-in-law received flowers on December 22. The flower arrangement was beautiful and she loved it. However, it wasn't what we ordered, and it came on the wrong day. The flower arrangement looked like it was probably the same value as the fruit basket we ordered. I called customer service to ask about the wrong order, mostly because I was concerned the orders were mixed up and someone who was expecting flowers on 12/22 was going to get a pineapple on 12/24. The only response I got was, "Well, something was delivered!" I wouldn't use them again.
Worst delivery experience ever...terrible customer service...UNETHICAL VENDERS. It has taken 4 days for my same-day delivery to maybe get there today.
