I'm really pleased with Sellvia. They seem professional, and things have started off well for me. Kylie, my business manager, has given me excellent tips on social media ads. I've set up accounts on almost every platform now (before, I mainly used Facebook). I've also joined forums and groups related to my niche. I've been at this for four months and have made 9 sales. Next, I want to try selling on Amazon to see how it goes. It's not happening overnight, but my business is moving forward.
I carefully read the reviews before deciding to buy a store. The fact that some people had no sales didn't deter me. Business is business, and not everyone survives. What worried me more were the few complaints about support because there's nothing worse than having to cope alone where you're supposed to get help. However, a month and a half later, I can say that I've contacted support 6 times and always received a response within a few hours. And yes, once it was on a Saturday. Probably, there are occasional slip-ups, as happens anywhere people work, but so far, I can only commend the support for their promptness.

Julia is such a life saver,she's so patient,helpful, excellent at explaining everything in detail. She's quick at responding also available to help. She has helped me so much with making the right decision and giving me options and solutions of what I can do with either decision of mine. I tried building a store from scratch on Shopify and realized it's much longer and more complicated than getting a ready-made store here at Sellvia. I'm not a developer, but I understand a bit about it, so I didn't need help with settings and customization. What I needed help with was promotion, and I got it from Evan. It turns out Sellvia has an impressive base of educational materials, which is a huge plus. I like to do everything myself and figure things out on my own. Yesterday, I sold the fourth item from my store. I'll keep trying on my own for now, but I know I can ask my manager for help if needed.

I had a dropship store a couple of years ago but I failed. So this is my second attempt really. Sellvia has no disadvantages of dropshipping.
