Low quality, not how it looked in the picture. I bought horizontal foux wood blinds at home depot and they are much better quality. They do look like wood, these ones look like plastic. I didn't like them but my husband had placed them when I got home so I was not able to return them

There were no instructions in the boxes and the instructions available to download on the site were not relevant to the product we bought.

Very nice looking blinds, but on the first use they move incorrectly. They didn't slide up straight across horizontally and now hang crooked. It is sad that we paid so much for them, for this happen. We have other cordless blinds from other companies in the house and that have not behaved this way.

Ive never had problems with Select Blinds,I've ordered several times from them but this time it was a very disappointing experience I ordered five zebra shades and one of them is crooked and I'd sent a video more than 10 days ago and still not received any response from what they plan on doing about it

Had a little problem when ordering, they had said first time orders I can get so much off. Well after I ordered they said does not apply. So never got a discount. Overall the blinds are Ok. Had a little problem getting them to roll. Got that fixed. We will see if they are sturdy enough, Only time will tell

Shade is lovely. Good quality. Only issue was the frame arrived with a small dent in the frame.
Blinds are amazing but the mounting holes where cut little over 1/4 inch short.

Ordering was easy. The blind looks good and I'm pleased with the fabric I chose, however, I have not hung it yet- hopefully I'll still give select blinds 5 stars when I have.😃
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
