This is a DIY project hence clear and easy to understand installation instructions, especially video tutorials are necessary. I had to spend a lot of time to read and understand the printed instructions that come with the blinds. Instructions are poorly explained and designed. SelectBlinds should provide step by step installation videos.

We absolutely love our blinds and have ordered several house fulls of blinds as we are multiple property owners. These were the hardest blinds we had to ever hang. 102 wide by 62 high. The holes were misaligned and ridiculously hard to drill anchor holes

First and last time purchasing blinds from Select Blinds. My husband measured the blind size we needed. I was confident he measured correctly but I purchased the wrong measurement protection as mistakes happen. I received the order and the blinds are one inch too short in width. I reached out to Select Blinds and chatted with two different agents and the only response I received was I measured incorrectly. Both agents aggressively shared with me how to measure properly. I know my measurement is incorrect and I asked about the measurement protection that I purchased and all I received was the information on how to measure correctly. I will be purchasing a blind from Lowes whose customer service is far better than what I experienced with Select Blinds. I will be donating the $300 blind to Habitat for Humanity.
Overall the quality and construction look great. I've been plagued with issues with this order from the start. First they were sent without the "no-drill" mounting bar as ordered. That took several weeks to be made and sent out. Second, when I was finally able to mount the blinds, I discovered one was made.25 inches too big and not to the measurements I sent it. I'm still working to resolve this with Select Blinds over 6 weeks after the initial order was placed. Customer service is very challenging as they use a text message service that at times is very slow to respond. I've waited almost 24 hours for a text response.

Box came badly damaged and blind fabric material was exposed. It got dirty as a result.

I appreciate the quality and versatility of these blinds. After purchasing 7 blinds for my downstairs space, I immediately came back to purchase 4 more for the upstairs.
The quality is second to none. Installation guides are helpful and practical. The blinds themselves are high quality and quite lovely. I anticipate having them for many years to come.
The blinds arrived when they were supposed to. They were very easy to install and they look great.
The fascia boards on my roller shades were missing brackets to attach to the L bracket. I did the chat and then emailed but all I received were videos that did not pertain to the product or problem. I called only to be told the entire staff was training and phone calls weren't being taken. They are good with sending out surveys and videos but my shades are still sitting in their boxes because the missing brackets have not been addressed. My first experience with this company was great but this time it has not been. Very frustrated and I doubt I will order again - especially if my missing parts are not resolved.

We are very pleased with the top-down shades that we ordered from Select Blinds. The blinds are just as described and of good quality. Our shopping experience was seamless from order through delivery. We will definitely shop with Select Blinds again.
The Blinds were delivered promptly and were of high quality and easy to install. No complaints.
Very friendly customer service. We ordered swats of fabric first before we ordered the shades to make sure we like the feel of the fabric. We decided on linen fabric which gives a warm feel.
The sample looked great. But when the actual blind got delivered, it all looks very cheap. The valance does not look nearly as good as the photo. You can see the no drill components from both outside the window and inside the room. It's a large white bar between my tan wall and brown shade. Additionally, the string on the Roman shade looks very cheap from the outside. It's two white bulky lines running down the brown shade. Overall, I don't like them and wouldn't order again. I wish I could return them and get my money back.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
