Installation was easy, don't get the chain, it's hard to work
Customer service is terrible. First I did not receive on time I had requested delivery after Dec 15. I went on vacation. (16 and on) received it on the 14 left outside my apartment for 2 days, and the brackets were not there. Finally got thru to someone and instead of looking at my order for missing parts, I had to collect the parts and send a photo to be analyzed by the team (they took 4 days) And then they sent my brackets.
Now I tried pairing with the hub, have called 4 times and first was told the codes were bad, then I was told to text the bond team for assistance. I am still waiting for a reply
Ordering was easy and blinds arrived in a reasonable amount of time. My only disappointment would be with the valance.
The clips for the valance are designed to hold 2 metal valances but the blinds only come with 1 piece. When done it looked like a piece was missing on the clips so I decided to make my own valance.
I have ordered from Select Blind in the past and the blinds have been great, easy to install and highly functional. This time I ordered 3 custom blinds for my daughter's room. They need to be mounted on the outside of the window and the blinds I ordered did not come with the appropriate mounting supplies. I have contacted customer service a few times to try to work through this. I do have other blinds from the company in my home that are mounted in this way so I know it's possible. Customer service has been unable to resolve this and help me. They said that their parts department does not have any way to make this work. So now I'm left to hire a handyman or figure out with local hardware store if I want to install these blinds that I've spent several hundred dollars on. Very frustrating! Wishing customer service could come through or do whatever it takes to make their customer happy!

I was very happy with my Roman shade order. The shade looks just like the picture, it was easy to install and the automated shade lift works great
I work as an overnight physician so blackout shades / blinds are essential. The blackout cordless shades have been fantastic. Very affordable and great quality. I tried other discount brands and had to throw them away. Would recommend to everyone.
I ordered a replacement blind as the string broke on one of mine. It arrived but the head rail was much larger than all of the other one's. So now I have a blind that makes the room look odd.
I called on Dec 21st and still have no resolution.
They should have a re-string kit.

I had no issues with the blinds and they was perfect! I am in the process of measuring the other windows in the home to upgrade them too! Nice privacy but viewable in day and night!

I was diligent to measure per the instructions on the website. I measured at least 3 times for each window even though they were (supposedly) the same size. Through measuring to the 1/8 of an inch they were not the same dimensions. I believe this would have affected the fit of my shades and blinds. Thank you Select Blinds for good instructions in measuring and installation. I would purchase again.
Easy to install, no cords, beautiful blinds. I wanted a color other than boring plain white, off white, beige, brown or gray. I ordered baby blue! They are very pretty.
There is really poor tension on the blinds. They are very long, and that adds to the difficulty. However, you should really place a disclaimer when ordering very long cordless blinds. It takes just too long to get the shade to go up. My old blinds (3 in a row) were open in ten seconds. You have to gently coax the these blinds up, and I would not recommend.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
