My husband and I moved into our new home and needed to buy window treatments for all our windows. We did the bedrooms from Home Depot because we need treatments in there right away. They were double the price. We have ordered all the rest of our blinds from this company and our 1000% satisfied.
I placed an order and realized I picked the wrong color. I sent an email to this effect and was told it was up to the manufacturing part; that a request was sent to them to change the color to white. I waited two days for a response. I was eventually told that since you didn't hear from me the order was placed. I'm very confused since one of the surveys responses was "order was cancelled". I have ordered ten blinds from you. I recommended you to my daughter and a neighbor. I don't think my request was handled properly. Yes. The blinds I have no use for arrived in good condition.
Fit was good, when I depressed the lever to engage the spring the plastic lever broke off a piece of plastic making it unusable (must have had the fit too tight)? Anyway, took the metal mounting brackets off the now useless headrail and mounted the blind per usual brackets screwed into window jamb.

FedEx refused to ship my blinds to my address. Select Blinds received my blinds back. Now they say that "their production department" refuses to refund my money. (Close to $1,000). Poor customer service that never follows through! I wish that I had looked at their Better Business Bureau complaints before ordering which are an extreme number. I'm working with my bank for resolution and perhaps further action. BEWARE!
I'm a returning customer, a couple years ago I ordered blinds for our main level. We needed a replacement on one of our blinds only a month after the warranty timeline passed, but they took great care of us and still honored the warranty! So naturally when we needed to add blinds in our basement, we came right back. We ordered the no-tools needed system and it works like a dream. Easiest install of my life! So simple, GREAT quality products and they fit perfectly. But it's truly the customer service that makes this business. 10/10 would recommend.
Very bad experience. Called customer service twice. First time thought they fixed the problem, wrong. Second time after I received blinds was not good. Kept asking to speak to a supervisor and was denied several times. Finally gave up Never talked to anyone who could help me or wanted to discuss my problem.
Solid order interface, shipping and packing was done well and the blinds fit perfectly.
So far we're super happy with the coastal Roman shades. Wondered how well the no hardware type would install/hold and they seem really solidly installed— it's a pretty heavy duty spring that locks each one in place. We went with a look/budget that was somewhere in the middle of the options and are happy with the quality, build and materials. For the cost, definitely worth it. We'll see how long the cordless lift works well.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
