Your company is a complete disappointment. I got my blinds. However they weren't what I expected and I had difficulties installing them because I have painful psoriatic arthritis. I was told I should hire someone to install them. I was also told I couldn't return them. I was also told I would have to Purchase a different type of blind and pay for them. I'm completely disgusted with your company. I will never Purchase anything from your company and I will NEVER refer your company to anyone. Your company is a complete and utter disgrace.
I ordered the wrong size. Have not used them. The product appears to be of great quality.

Fit right and easy to install. Lots of choices. Very easy process
I had to reorder some shades because one broke and was out of warranty and the other just was dirty and unable to clean. Price is now more expensive but what isn't.
