Hardware did not come with shipment!
I have no way to hang my blinds! Getting really old! I'm ready to send blinds back! I have spoken to multiple people trying to get the hardware to hang my blinds! Please please send me the necessary materials!

Sent right on time and quality was great. Battery operated wand is great for the hard to reach window over the kitchen sink.
Great product. Wonderful customer service. I had a small measurement issue that was resolved quickly.
I used two of the three lines of communication to change my order from light filtering to room darkening as soon as I saw the order confirmation. One was a chat bot that was utterly unhelpful the other was clicking the link in the confirmation that offered to modify the order if: " Notice an "oops?" Contact our awesome Customer Care Team, and we'll help you get it fixed." This was 8 minutes after the order was placed on a Saturday night. Monday morning I got an email saying my order was being processed which I replied to as well. If 24 hours is the window to change my order, then I expect my clear communication through the channels of communication that you offer to be heard and processed. I called customer service after my order arrived to ask for my order to be changed. Apparently if I measure wrong they'll take the product back within 1 month, but the product type cannot be changed.

The website defaulted to a measurement that was hardcoded into the system at my time of order. It is not what I needed and I have spoke to reps, filed claims, and it is still not fixed.

The blinds were easy to pick out and customize and shipped fast. The fitment was perfect and the installation only took minutes. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.
Several years ago my husband and I ordered 2 sets of chodless light filtering shades in prefect white. One set recently broke; the agent was able to find our old order and replace the shade with the exact asme prodect as last time. Perfect and easy!
Customer servcie was able to find an order from several years ago so I could order the exact same blinds as before. Thank you!
Received my Honeycomb Shades. They are wonderful. Everyone loves them when they see the added automation of the shades. They always ask where I purchased them. I have recommended them site to several of my friends.
Fast ordering and selection process, all instructions were clear and easy to do
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
