Price/value for the buck is what has brought me back. First two times did get little in person contact. This time made a few calls in for help. Each person was great. Next time I will order the cellular blinds a tad longer. Only confusion was one rep told me my prices were locked in at time of sample order. When I called in again to place my order I had another tapas my first rep was off work. Quote was different, so I waited until the next sale to place my order which was fulfilled quickly.
Blinds are beautiful, well made, and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company and use them again if I ever need replacements.

I ordered the blind on August 28 and received it on September 30th. Your company kept saying it was shipped and would be delivered the next day. This occurred over 8 times. UPS, when contacted, said it was hung up in customs. When ordered you talked about getting the blinds in about 7 days. So far no explanation has been given on the reason for the delay and the only benefit offered was a discount on my next order. If you wanted to make a real offer, offer the return on about 25% of this order for the excessive delay
This was our 2nd order with SelectBlinds. All went well. Quality is consistent. Stigma with measuring correctly, is a non issue. Easy. Will we do it again, yes.

I could not understand anything, but any of the customer service agents were saying because of them not being in North America. It was very hard to interact and figure out what they were saying. I got the second set of blinds & they're still about a quarter of an inch too long, but I could not communicate that with your Indian speaking agents.

Fingers pointed from UPS back to Vietnam complaining paperwork was not in order to get through customs. Select Blinds pointed fingers at Customs. At one point I sat over ONE hour on hold waiting for a real person at UPS to find out what was REALLY going on [at least in their data feed]. I called Select Blinds twice in the process talking to different people all pointing fingers. The shipping experience was not good. -------- The product is fine; finally arrived in separate time frames [4 items]. The product however was not the same as the first ones I had ordered late last year. The 'names' or 'labels' of the two products was so close that I admit it was my mistake to not have ordered EXACTLY the same product. Alas, two products were named so close to the same name... well, better marketing requested, please. Products are fine; shipping not so good. Next time, I buy all American.

I ordered the blinds and was told production time to ship was roughly 7 days, which was fine. Once they shipped it was taking forever to get them. I reached out to customer service and they said they would check on the delay. Nobody ever got back ahold of me after I asked them a couple more times. Come to find out, these blinds ship from Hong Kong or Vietnam. That would have been a good thing to let me know when I was inquiring about my shipment. So, they are nice roman shades that I got, but it took several weeks to get them.

Shopping was easy. I wish there were more color options in the roam shades.
I ordered seven blinds, and one of them was made incorrectly. I double checked the order and the measurements I submitted. The process for select blinds to replace the incorrect blind was very inefficient. The representative helping me had to continue to contact the manufacturer. They are very nice. I found the installation directions somewhat confusing but I finally managed to figure it out. I am having trouble exectuting the pull down tabs.
Maybe a bit more clarity on specific light filtering level
We read the instructions on how to measure, picked out a color based on the free samples, followed the instructions and all of our shades fit perfectly. Great service and business model!
I have been waiting over 2 months for my order. I have called several times and kept being told it will get here. This is totally rediculous. When someone orders blinds it's because they need them now not 3 mo ths later if they ever get here. Not happy

Blinds were made overseas, they need to make the product in the US. Tried calling and get a call center in India, basically no help. Select Blinds need to have a disclaimer saying the product is not made in the country and the product may take two months before delivery. Look elsewhere!

I followed the clear measuring directions, which made it simple to fill in the blanks. The blinds arrived earlier than expected and were exactly as described. It was a great experience!
I bought several sets. All motorized, with a handheld remote. I also used the app to set up automated raising and lowering at specific times. The app is a little clunky, but I was able to get it to what I wanted.
The blinds are a great value, and easy to install. I have had them in for 30 days- zero issues. I will order again!
After placing an order, I was informed there was a back order. AFTER is the key word here. So I was ok to substitute materials. But the foreigner I had to deal with had no means of fulfilling my choices. He stated he would have to check with his superior and they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Not acceptable! He couldn't give a price even. The customer service line was worthless. As a return customer, I was surprised that they have farmed out their customer service to a 3rd world country that cannot carry out simple customer service tasks. I will not use this company again after this experience. Now months later they email me this review form. Unbelievable! If you want a frustrating experience then by all means buy from them. If not shop elsewhere.

Our new patio blinds arrived on time and are easy to operate. They lend privacy, warmth, and beauty to our dining room! All that magic for a great price!
The assistant that helped me get exactly what we wanted. They turned out great. We had a couple of brackets missing, but the customer service team got the sent to us in a very timely manner.
Products are high quality and fit perfectly after I followed the measuring instructions. Also, they arrived sooner than expected which was nice.

Could not be happier with my blinds! The whole process was straight forward and there was lots of helpful information on the website. I was nervous about measuring and getting it wrong but it worked perfectly. The bigger blind definitely needed 2 people to fit it but other than that we followed the instructions and it worked perfectly. We've had lots of compliments on our new blinds and I love that I now have stylish blinds and complete darkness for sleeping.

Blinds look great, only one issue was they didn't provide enough extender bars to install our slider door blind. Took another few weeks to get extra extenders, but they did provide those for free.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
