I was replacing blinds I had purchased from select blinds several years ago. The older blinds just started to disintegrate! As I installed with new Select Blinds one of the bottom rails slid off. It was not easy to put back on. The end cap took an hour to hunt down but eventually found under a chair across the room. The product does not go up and down easily and it takes some time to get the blinds to sit level. I was also frustrated the hardware had changed and I had to reinstall new brackets. The blinds were lighter weight and just felt cheaply made. Time will tell if they disintegrate too. Like I said the shopping experience was good the product, not so much.

The product I ordered is nice, but ordering was the most difficult of any item I have ordered from Select Blinds in the last 15 years. The order system consistantly made metal trim or finishes non compatible and forced a coice of plastic. To say I got exactly what I wanted would be a mis statement... very sad considering I paid Nearly $1000 for a roller shade.
The Levelor shades that we ordered are great and fit our windows perfectly. We were not happy that brackets that were included with the shades were different than on our previous shades and different than what appears on the SelectBlinds website. Customer Service was difficult to work with and it took 3 calls before we learned that the bracket shown on the website was no longer available. We were able to mount the shades with the brackets but could only put one screw into each instead of two. We are hoping these will hold for the life of the shades.

Hesitant at first ordering and purchasing sight unseen. However, straight forward install of two rather large remote controlled blackout shades. They fit perfectly. Would definitely order again from Select Blinds.
Good product but the valance was supposed to be for a inside mount and sent outside mount and did not include any valance clips with order so I had to buy from amazon. Disappointing.

Both times ordering were easy. All blinds I've ordered are good. When I had one blind break from first order, they replaced it as per the warranty. I need to contact customer service regarding small flaw in material to see if it is something that can be remedied.
I was quoted over $1000 more for similar quality blinds. So glad I was recommended by a friend to Select Blinds. Easy measuring guides and installation was a breeze.
Purchased the no drill mount option and it was well with the extra money! Installation was super simple all four blinds were up in 10 minutes. Would buy again and again.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
