Blinds are beautiful but our master bedroom hung for 4 days before falling brackets completely broken in pieces waiting for someone to contact me back for replacements or something these were expensive so I'm pretty disappointed right now

Our blinds won't roll up. I wrote an email asking for help and also used the chat. Still, no one has helped me problem solve how to get the shade to roll all the way up.

I received blinds for 18 windows - and I had a professional installer. I was disappointed that all of the valances were a bit too short (the blinds all worked great). I requested for to get new valances and was rejected.

Ordered select blinds through your web site in March. Received product about 2 weeks later. Measurements were perfect. Love the look of the blinds on my windows.
Not only does this company offer horrible quality products, they send the incorrect items, leave out important parts, and then blame you for their mistake. I spent a total of 5 hrs and 45 mins on the phone with them over the course of 4 calls and they even had the audacity to claim one of the customer service encounters never existed. They are rude and unhelpful, want to charge you more for already over-priced items, and if they forget installation pieces they try to make you pay $45 for shipping from Vietnam that takes about 3 weeks. I could go on and on about the nightmare this company has put me through. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My blinds were delivered late and were completely the wrong size. The instructions were very specific and I was very frustrated to see that they delivered me the wrong size after I was careful to make sure it would be the right size.

Came quick looked like the picture and took 5 mins to install. I will be ordering more for my kitchen.
I needed to replace my first set of select blinds from several years ago. Wanted the same style as I was very happy with them. Plus they were 50% off. My daughter told me about Select Blinds band and I have told many people. Extremely happy with them.
I have been ordering blinds from this company since we built our home 20 + years ago. I am always satisfied.
I haven't installed my latest purchase yet - my window sills are full of seedlings. I have zero complaints about past products and service and will continue to buy from Select Blinds.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
