When buying blackout shades, you would expect them to black the room out. That's not an unreasonable ask... unless it's asked of SelectBlinds. I ordered an inside mount blind with continuous loop cord for which the cassette was delivered to size, but the shade itself is cut with about a 1 inch gap on the left and right - allowing a lot of light in. Customer support was unhelpful, saying "that's the way we make them". So, if you want blackout shades, do not purchase them from SelectBlinds.
The blinds were perfect when they arrived! They were easy to order and were shipped quick!
I just love my new door shade. The fabric is of very high quality and it was made exactly to my measurements. It fits the door perfect and blends nicely with my decor. I would definitely order from Select Blinds again.

It took about 4 weeks or better for me. To receive my item. Turn it on and listen to me when I first complained. None of this would be a problem once again. I'll never use you again terrible company terrible service.

Very easy to order in the items fit perfectly in the space for which we needed
The upper window width was about 3/8" wider than the lower window width which I measured and sent to you. My son helped me to remove old fittings and attach the new ones. If I had measured the upper width the old fittings would have work since they virtually the same.
I will say that the old damaged shade was a fill blackout shade and I would have preferred that style but could not find chocolate blackout one. Thank you

Took it out of the box and set it up in 5 minutes. Fits perfectly and so well balanced I didn't even need the securing hardware.

I ordered a set of blinds. The length and width were turned around when I received them. Then, I used a designer and thought since they were a designer. They would make sure I ordered the right size. Before I received them, I tried to cancel them. I realized if I hung them above my door, when I pull them down, I would be unable to open the door. Yes, it was my mistake, but with professionals helping me, I wish they would have thought about what I was doing and question if I didn't want my door to open?! Anyway, I have $300 worth of blinds that I can't use, so won't be ordering again.

Easy experience with lots of variety.
I got some light filtering shades and they work great, they lighten up the room without letting too much sun in. With me being able to push the top down or pull the bottom up, it gives me a versatile way to have my shades.
I love SelectBlinds. So easy to keep track of previous orders and to make new orders. I've never had an issue.
Greatest worked on my door window nothing else to say about it
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
