This is the second time I have ordered from select blinds. They arrived in a pretty short space of time despite being custom made. They blinds are a pretty irregular size yet didn't break the bank, which was a surprise. I have more windows to dress so will be ordering again once I get around to decorating the each room in my house.

I have order Select Blinds in the past with no issues. I ordered Roman Shades and decided to use the No Drill option. The blinds were not right. It kept telling me to pull them apart with no way to do it. I contacted Select Blinds several times trying to find an answer and I talked to several people from a different country that didn't understand my issue. They kept sending me videos of blinds that were not mine. I then tried to file a claim and they kept asking for more and more information and pictures. I had already spent 3 weeks trying to resolve the issue. I will not order blinds from Select Blinds again. As long as there are no issues they are fine. The moment you have an issue, good luck.
These were the easiest blinds to install and I did not have to drill holes in my brand new window frame.

The instructions to install the shade were not clear. Regarding the brackets, the diagram showed 3/4' and 1 1/2 ' depth but it was not clear to me from where you start to measure.
I ordered two 2" Luxe Modern Faux Wood Blinds to see if the quality and sizing was right for me before I placed a larger order. Immediately after receiving my order, I installed them, they looked fine, I go to the website and look for these, and they were nowhere to be found. I contact customer service. They tell me the blinds have been discontinued, and I have to contact their design team to find different solutions. Instead, I switched to Blindster.com. It sucks for SelectBlinds because I was loyal until that point. I won't be buying from SelectBlinds again, and Blindster blinds were so much nicer IMO. Magnetic valances are very nice from them.

The tension bracket broke as we were trying to put them up. I called the company told them I wanted to return them. They said too bad. I have filed a Warranty and want to get better wailing blinds to install

The spring does not roll up very well, I have to roll it up the rest of the way by hand
I wish I could say my order was flawless, but that was not the case. I was able to remedy the minor width adjustments myself to ensure 3 of my 15 blinds fit properly within my window frames. But, the company sent me 3 incorrect valances. This error I could not correct without asking for replacements to the option I had actually selected. Why they would send 3 wrong selection out of 15, I don't know. And the 3 were in different rooms. So, it's not as though they got 1 room wrong. They mismatched 3 different rooms. Wouldn't that stick out like a sore thumb. Upon receipt, I called to report the issue and request a replacement. I was told I would first have to provide pictures of the front and back of each wrong valance which I did along with a detailed explanation via email. Once those images were received, I was told my request would be forwarded to another department for consideration. If that department approved the request, then the replacement order would be placed with the factory. To this date, I still have not received the 3 valances. Moreover, throughout this excessively long waiting period, I received no communication from this company unless it was initiated by me. I will never purchase from this company again. They rank very low on customer service as far as I'm concerned.

I encountered a couple of minor glitches navigating your website.
Delivery was a bit long for 1 big blind, manufacturing time should be faster
I just needed simple blinds in one room, a quote from another brand was way more expensive (in the thousands for 3 blinds) and select blinds was under $500 for 3 blinds. I made a mistake the first time in measuring but they replaced it simply without hassle because I paid the $10 protection for measurement issues.
If you use their measuring tool and all the hints you give them, your shades will fit perfectly. They are well made and easy to vacuum. No more blinds for me!
Arrived on time. Easy to install. All fits as ordered. Looks good.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
