I had to custom order blinds for my odd sized window. I needed the no drill blinds and after going through all the other options I forgot to check the no drill box. Customer service would not refund or send the no drill. They could have cut the blinds I ordered to custom size for another customer so they would still be making money but they would not do that. I am out $140 and still don't have blinds.
We have ordered from here before and I appreciate the consistency of color. The blinds from our original order have been in the house for seven years, so not surprised a set wore out. We originally ordered eight. This time we tried the motorized upgrade and loving it. Will replace the rest with this feature as we need to replace them. Manufactured quality blinds and they were very easy to install
Very happy with the quality of the product and the installation. Top decor was appreciated as to not have to buy a valance or other covering. Maybe in the future include flush, not L, brackets for inside insulation

The blinds arrived on time. It took us a few weeks before we put them up. They are beautiful! The windows we put them on are all different sizes. The handles to rise & lower are very helpful too.
