Fourth or fifth time ordering Select Blinds. They give the house a modern look. They are way more expensive than they used to be but everything is more expensive now.

I called customer service twice, first to try to place an order, and after they gave me fantastic tips for measuring, I called a second time to place the order. The blinds came in a very timely manner and I had a handyman install them. There was only one and it took him about 5 minutes. They are perfect in fit and in looks. My grandson is thrilled to have blinds that are not broken and too long anymore!

I asked the sales person several times if I needed to add inches so the blinds would completely black out the room. I received my order and noticed it was the wrong size. Light was coming through entire perimeter. Also. I gave instructions for the days not to ship as we were traveling. Guess what? They shipped them on the days we were traveling. They won't make it right and refuse to accept a return. Never again. I thought shopping was suppose to be enjoyable. If you like dealing with bots and bad service- Be my guess!

I ordered and installed an entire house of top down/bottom up cellular blinds. Everything went great from the ordering process through complete installation. I would recommend this company and product to anyone and everyone.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
