One of the many blinds I ordered, Select Blind, was sent the wrong size. When I asked to replace it, they requested proof despite the fact I spent over $3000.00 for a $178 accused for the fabrication. And for me was hard to make the measurement took the video and picture. Besides, the quality of the blinds could be better compared to the charges.

Overall a fairly good experience with shopping. Filters helped a lot, and samples essential. Measuring was fairly easy for interior blinds, but pay attention to depth of window. 1 1/4 inches is minimum, but only allows using one of 2 screws in mounting brackets. I wish they had option of brackets with side by side screws for shallower windows vs. front/back screws. 2 screws will be more secure than only one.

Shade is of the exact size specifications that I ordered and fits the window perfectly. Looks very nice on my bathroom window. Seems to be well-made but time will tell as to its longevity. The only complaint I have is that it pulls down hard. Thinking the cord inside is too tight. Hopefully this won't cause the cord to break prematurely like my previous shade.

Measuring software was helpful. The valance hardware that came with one of the blinds was wrong and even after pictures sent, the new pack was also wrong. The chat room put me on a 30 minute hold. I still do not have the correct balance hardware.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
