The blinds are beautiful and work great! We needed to protect our windows from our neighbors blaring lights at night and they do the job!
The material is great and they were easy to install.

After we placed the order, we were considering adding more blinds from your company, then noticed a $56 price reduction on the order placed about a week ago. So we called SelectBlinds to make a price adjustment. But they refused. That was a bad feeling so we canceled any additional orders from them

Had to call 45 min later person had no idea I was trying to tell her I didn't get my whole order that was on packing slip. Hung vertical blinds and found one of the clips for the slats is in wrong. It has broken 2 slats so there is a slat missing where the wrong way clip is. And NOOO response from select blinds. I think I'll just stop payment at this ooint
Everything came on time, size was perfect based on my measurements. When ordering samples they came quick but the color was not what I was expecting. The samples are small and when placing them in my windows they were in my opinion the wrong shade. Every thing else was great.just make 100% sure on the color because they do not exchange

Purchsing and receiving and everything was fine. My husband is a pretty ok handyman and he managed to install the blinds. Even though the instructions came with bith a reverse roll and standard roll instructions as they are just flipped from one another, it was still a little difficult to decipher and when we go to roll uo the blinds, it tends to tilt on one side. I'm sure this is contributed to many factors we didn't pay enough attention to (exact sizes, how to drill then ect.) Butbesides not really being able to roll up the blinds due to user error, they were pretty decent
We order four motorized Select Blinds for some large picture windows. These blinds work flawlessly and came with the customized fit. We are very pleased with the overall experience and product.
These are so perfect! I plan on ordering lots more! The size was just right, the quality is high, all of the questions before checkout were so thorough. I'm in love!
Ordering was easy. The blind looks good and I'm pleased with the fabric I chose, however, I have not hung it yet- hopefully I'll still give select blinds 5 stars when I have.😃

Blinds arrived with multiple issues and when I tried to follow up on a replacement was shuffled around to multiple people every 2 days, who never helped or answered the issue. They would only say that a lump shade with uneven pleats and not the size I ordered was okay according to their manufacturer. Way to expensive to not receive what I ordered.

Horrible experience. Sent wrong color black out shades and wouldn't give a refund. Wasted more than 2 hours on the phone with customer service which they outsource to the Philippines so you can not understand a single word the people are saying. Said they would escalate the situation to uppers but never got a word back from them every time I called. Called a total of 4 times. Ended up disputing the charge. Would highly advise people to take their business elsewhere. I'm a tik tok influencer and posted a video about my experience to my 1.3 million followers.

Ordering the blinds was easy and the blinds are good quality, but the continuous cord loop makes a lot of noise when opening and closing the blinds. This is negatively impacting my whole experience. Now I have to consider the cost of reordering blinds without the continuous cord loop.

Wonderful service, I chose it, quickly processed it and delivery was ahead of schedule. Everything was perfectly packaged, nothing was damaged. Next time I will order the blinds here again.
I opted for the no drill option and I was quite taken back by the plastic mechanism that's supposed to provide the locking mount. All very flimsy and cheaply made apparently. I broke several of the arms just trying to install. I ended up throwing a couple screws in each blind as the whole project was kind of in jeopardy due to the fit and engineering. Anyway they're up but they've got screws in them.

There are many reasons why I chose to order my blinds through SelectBlinds.com. I loved that I could get free samples so I could actually feel the fabric and see the color up close. Measuring and ordering is super easy. Directions were clear and we were able to hang them with no problems!
I loved that I could replace these under warranty but I've replaced two of them already after 2 years and the most recent replacement blinds also don't do what they should. They move up and down but don't open and close. So I need to open yet another claim, and it's a lot.

It was easy to order, arrived quickly, and I received a nice blind at a decent price. However, I've had it about 3 weeks now and have received multiple emails and now texts, over the holidays, pushing me to leave a review. That's a bit ridiculous. I had it for over a week before I even had time to open it, due to working long hours.
First and last time purchasing blinds from Select Blinds. My husband measured the blind size we needed. I was confident he measured correctly but I purchased the wrong measurement protection as mistakes happen. I received the order and the blinds are one inch too short in width. I reached out to Select Blinds and chatted with two different agents and the only response I received was I measured incorrectly. Both agents aggressively shared with me how to measure properly. I know my measurement is incorrect and I asked about the measurement protection that I purchased and all I received was the information on how to measure correctly. I will be purchasing a blind from Lowes whose customer service is far better than what I experienced with Select Blinds. I will be donating the $300 blind to Habitat for Humanity.

Easy to order, had the right texture and color. Mounting was a little tricky as it was a hop screw in mount only, but it worked out and holds the blinds beautifully. Highly recommend.
We ordered a first round of roman blinds for our new house. They were perfect for our coastal theme. We ordered more for other windows and they did not disappoint.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
