Easy to order and arrived on time but did not like the quality of the blinds. Disappointed there is no return option. Will not order from here again because of this.
In the past, our experience has been great! However, this recent purchase is a little more frustrating. We purchased no-drill blinds this time, since we moved into a new home and we didn't want to damage the new window molding. We have 2 windows that this no-drill blind base does not work in. We have brought this to the attention of Customer Support, with little support on a resolution, other than the engineering department is looking into our problem. We just want to have blinds up in all the windows.
I had a great experience with ordering Roman Shades. I selected the motarized option with no drill hanging. It was easy to install, with just myself, and no additional tools needed. Highly recommend. Love the motorized option of being able to open and shut the blinds.
I've moved quite often and have used Select Blinds for each new house. I like the ease ordering and they arrive relatively quickly despite being manufactured overseas. The quality is very good and meet the specifications I enter on the orders. Easy to install and reliable under daily opening and closing.
I ordered the item, and it arrived on time as planned. One product was great—I could install it easily because the brackets were fine, and the quality was decent.
However, the other two sheer blinds don't fit correctly in the brackets. I watched videos and tried troubleshooting, but nothing worked. There's no option to speak to a human over the phone, which made things even more frustrating.
I contacted customer service via online and later with SMS text, and they asked me to send videos and photos. I sent them, and they responded, saying we will order a new brackets and they'd get back to me within 24 to 48 hours after consulting the factory, which is apparently located outside the USA (possibly Taiwan or another country).
They never contacted me back. After waiting a few days, I followed up and was asked the same questions, so I sent the videos again. I got the same response—"We'll contact you within 24 to 48 hours." This cycle has repeated for weeks now, with no resolution. Still asking for videos and photos. The same process... and they won't contact back...
My two sheer blinds are still sitting uninstalled, and I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by SelectBlinds. The "100% satisfaction guarantee" they advertise is completely misleading. I regret trusting that claim—it was a big mistake.

The blinds are not high quality and do not stay level at the top after the top-down option is used. Also, directions for installation were in only one of the packets of hardware - the one I opened AFTER I struggled and searched for on-line directions for the first window. The instructions were not visible from the outside of the plastic packet which could have been easily linked to show where to find them.
It could've been easier to select the blinds and order them. They came within a week and that was awesome. Very easy to put up and they look outstanding!
When I ordered my curtains I expected two panels but received only one for over $40.00. I had to reorder again at over $40.00 to get a second panel. For the size of panels was not worth over $80.00. Very disappointed. Also there was no where I could call or email about this.

We received the blinds on time. Had them installed in under 30 minutes. Good instructions, easy for our son to install! Very pleased with them.
Easy snap on and you're done. No tools required unless one prefers a chain with them. Quality seems good so far. No complaints.

We are not handy so hired someone to put it up. Need to keep that in mind when you rate ease of installation
The cord on my blind broke so had to replace it. I searched online and was happy with the way the double cell looked and the stated ease of installation. The holes aligned with my old blind and was up in minutes. The color is marginally different.
HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PLACE THIS ORDER SINCE THE 6TH. YOUR SYSTEM IS CONFUSING AND WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO ENTER DIFFERENT ROOMS UNTIL TODAY.

Returning customer. Experience continues to be Great! Operating the blinds takes a little to get used to. I thought the blinds blades were Faux Wood finish but they are a heavier vinyl blade. May have been my mistake when ordering but I've decided to keep them since being installed.
My sife does miss the rod to operate the opening and closing the blinds, so I guess she's left that job to me now, even after showing her how to operate them. I have a feeling ill have to re-order the correct ones in the future. Happy Wife Happy Life 😊

I have been ordering blinds from this company since we built our home 20 + years ago. I am always satisfied.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
