The home hub is junk

First let me start off by saying everything was great with my Roman shades. They were easy to install fit just as expected. The actual motorization is nice only problem with that is the battery pack is a pain to get hung and it stay on the actual mount.

The home hub is not linking with my Alexa and it's not showing it to be compatible when I look on line at Amazon. What is other options for the hub.

Contacted online Select Blinds customer service regarding receipt of only 1 of the 2 boxes on same order and tracker. In short I was told to contact FedEx at first then they said they would follow up. 2nd box came came a few days later.

Completely dissatisfied

Your company is a complete disappointment. I got my blinds. However they weren't what I expected and I had difficulties installing them because I have painful psoriatic arthritis. I was told I should hire someone to install them. I was also told I couldn't return them. I was also told I would have to Purchase a different type of blind and pay for them. I'm completely disgusted with your company. I will never Purchase anything from your company and I will NEVER refer your company to anyone. Your company is a complete and utter disgrace.

I ordered my blinds online without any problem at all. Initially I had a blind company com to our house and the quote was greater than 10,000 dollars …I decided to buy the blinds from select and when the blinds came in my husband and I put them up within two hours it was very easy and they are beautiful. I bought the room darkening shades so my granddaughter can take her nap during the day …. They are perfect …plus I saved well over 7,000 dollars

Verticals and horizontal blinds

When installing the horizontal blind, it was relatively straightforward, we had to communicate with service when installing the vertical blinds but after conferring it all made sense. Both blinds are like nothing I've ever seen before and are gorgeous!

Fabric is nice quality. That is it.

I ordered samples, and they came quickly; measuring was also straightforward. However, they do not look as nice as the pictures. The motors for the roller shades are at the end - not separate that you have to mount behind, so there is a bigger space on the right side of the window than on the right because the motor side is bigger. Also - they have an antenna sticking out of the motor, so you also have a big antenna that is not hidden easily - especially because I did reverse roll and no box because I wanted a small profile. I also ordered a tan material and all my shades came gray. It is the same texture, just the wrong color, and the fabric is nice, just the wrong color. I reached out; they said they would escalate the issue for me, and it has been crickets ever since. I put the shades up because I needed window coverings, and one of the motors isn't working. They were easy to program following the video descriptions, but some would respond to the remote more readily than others. I would have to try from all different angles.

Although the designs are exactly what I wanted, the clamps to install them were a very poor design. It was nearly impossible to hang them. Thankfully my tenacious son was able to do it but he said this is a very bad design mom and you got to let them know.
