Should have ordered sooner!

We love these blinds! Living in a cold climate, we did not realize how much the blinds would keep the cold out (and the heat in.) The price is competitive. They look amazing. So much classier than the cheesy curtain I had for the window covering. Very easy installation. My husband and I did not have to say one single swear word!
The only issue we had is that I measured exact and it was too snug in the window. However we were able to alter things a little and it worked out perfectly!

I have ordered from select blinds for many years, and even though the price has gone up. The blinds themselves have improved. I cannot say a bad thing about the blinds I ordered. They're cut to fit, and amazing. Well worth the cost!

Poor customer service,

The price differences from one day to the next are sometimes extreme and confusing. I'd like a consistent (best) price so I can provide the same for my clientele. Quality feels cheap

The blinds are very light and feel very cheap. Mounting hardware is different than all the previous ones I've ordered. They were difficult to click into place. Visually, they are fine but not sure how long they will last. I will definitely not be able to remove them. They are cordless and the clip to pull them down is difficult to use as it pulls from the front. Good thing they are in guest room and will not get much use.

Useless, sending it back

Unhelpful instruction booklet and confusing orange plastic loop unexplained in instructions. No spring roller function on left side. Would t work. After we drilled holes, installed brackets etc. Frustrating waste of an hour. We are experienced in roller blind installation. This one didn't work at all. Thoroughly disappointed. Will call customer service tomorrow to complain.

Poor customer service to resolve mistakes

Wrong color valence was sent. Took 3 weeks to resolve issue. On hold for 40 minutes to reach customer service. Text feature completely useless, Chat feature not much better. E-mail response promised in 24-48 hours but never happens

Easy ordering, fast delivery, shades are as ordered

We ordered motorized name brand celluar shades from a big box store for our living/dining room last spring. While we eventually received them and were happy with the product, communication was nonexistent, delivery was severely delayed (2 plus months) and when there was a problem with one blind we were on our own in terms of resolving the issue directly with the manufacturer. We loved the blinds though and wanted them throughout the house. Select blinds had the same product with the same fabric, was slightly less than the sale price at the box store, kept us updated on the status of our order, and had the order on the way to us in about one week.

Easy process and great quality

My only complaint is I am missing covers for the roller shade hardware and I called last week and haven't heard back. Would like to have these up for the holidays but have one up and two not because I am waiting to hear back. Overall though the quality is great and the price. So I would use them again.

Ordered pronto fix a small area. Came in a timely manner. Easy to install, and perfect fit. Wish I could to entire RV. Great quality and I expect their wood blinds are just as good of quality.

Not happy with window blind hardware

We ordered the top down bottom up room darkening shades and they arrived fine and looked great until we attempted to install them. There are metal clips for these that hang outside of the header and are visible from the room which makes it unsightly. That should be noted in the description when you purchase them. I never would have ordered that style if I knew that's ahead of time. When I phoned customer service to see if there was another option for hardware, the agent copped an attitude with me and said I should've checked with them ahead of ordering. How was I to know? I had ordered shades and several different occasions from your company and never had any issues like this so I didn't expect that there would be an issue.

Love my blinds but wish bracket extenders included.

Directions were clear and fabric vertical blinds on my sliding doors look beautiful. However, bracket extenders were mentioned but not included. The blinds will not open totally without them and I don't know how they would on any sliding doors with trim. I had to go to Amazon and buy some which is taking awhile to get here. Then I will have to take everything down to add the extension bracket and put it all back up.

Perfect Fit and Quick Service

I ordered blinds right before Christmas and they can only time and the fit was perfect. I originally went to Lowe's and the turnaround time was 3 weeks longer and were more expensive. I double checked the color while there and ordered from Select Blinds!

Be careful with the no drill frame colors

We have ordered a lot of blinds here and have always been happy with the service and quality. This time we ordered the no drill blinds though. We ordered asphalt gray (got samples first). When ordering the frames, there is only the choice of gray. Ordered that thinking they would match the blinds. They are very pale gray while the blinds are very dark. Same with the brown ones we got but not as different as the gray. Kind of our fault too, but would think they would offer matching colors because what we got looks completely wrong together. We are going to paint them, but want others to be aware. We will probably order again, but will be more careful of the colors in the future.

Perfect custom look

I ordered the blinds and received them within two weeks. I have cats that love tugging at strings so the cordless option is perfect. I ordered my first blinds about 3 years ago. They are such high quality and look almost brand new even after all this time.

It was good once. Terrible customer service

After ordering thousands of dollars worth of their blinds, treated like a scammer when one small piece was defective. I ended up buying the piece again($20.00) because I could deal with the attitude of the customer service person who thought I might be trying to scam the company. Never use them again.

Good zebra blinds by Levolor, easy to install, works well, adjustable bands allow for a variety of light shades options.
After we placed the order, we were considering adding more blinds from your company, then noticed a $56 price reduction on the order placed about a week ago. So we called SelectBlinds to make a price adjustment. But they refused. That was a bad feeling so we canceled any additional orders from them
