Ordering and installation was easy. They are a great value. I loved that there were so many color options
I ordered samples for the Roman shades and held them up to our windows at different times of day to ensure they didn't cast a yellow hue. I ended up choosing the Pearl white as there was no yellow that came through the sample at any time of day. Upon installing the shades, I noticed the entire border of the shade is pure yellow - not the same color as the inner shade. They look terrible and grungy. I needed to get more shades for the rest of my house and will be looking elsewhere due to the complete color difference of sample and shade and the lack of customer service I received when submitting a claim. Would not recommend selectblinds to anyone and would not trust their samples at all

I ordered the William Morris Roman Shades for 3 windows. From samples, to the order process, to receipt of the well packed, beautiful shades, I couldn't be happier. My husband installed them easily. I love my new shades!

Was harder to put up than anticipated; as had existing shade in place. The existing prongs and holes needed to be replaced, and did not put valance on. Window is small bathroom window.

I made a mistake when ordering one of the seven blinds I ordered. Instead of a "sorry we shipped what you ordered" I got a, "these things happen, we will ship the correct size to you, just pay for shipping"
I purchased a large order at a 50% off sale. But there was a problem with PayPal and the order was not processed. I followed up after 2 days and was told my order didn't go well. The customer service representative honored the 50% off plus a extra 5% on top of that for my troubles.
Had to use the oops, remake option, and the customer service was wonderful. It makes ordering online a bit less nerve-wracking.
