One of the blinds from my initial order was defective, but after sending the them a video, my blind was promptly replaced.
Only one thing: take too long to wait for my order
Would have liked to have more prominent "check your order before placing" option. I found it but it was tiny.

They fit as expected, look nice, and block the light. My husband is thrilled!
Ordering was fine, I appreciated the tips about measuring the window on the door. They arrived quickly and were simple to install. The shades feel like pretty good quality and I'm very happy with the color. My only complaint is that one of them continuously falls down which is super annoying and I will probably have to find a new way to secure it which is unfortunate. It seems like the adhesive strip is not strong enough to hold the weight of the shade. I'm a little disappointed it wasn't easier to just put them up and enjoy how they look without messing with it on a daily basis.
