I received the blinds but the 1/4 arch shades were missing 4 attachment brackets. I contacted the company and requested 4 brackets so that I could install the shades. I was met by a customer service representative who wanted to argue with me. She finally agreed to send 4 brackets. I waited a week and only received 2. I called again and ordered 2 more but they still haven't been received. If this is how you treat your customers, I cannot give you a good review.

I measured my windows, chose the blinds I wanted, and when they arrived I installed the easily and they were a perfect fit!
Took a little longer than expected to arrive, I presume due to the holidays. Haven't had time to hang them as of yet.
Installation could be easier. Consider redesigning the brackets.
I was a little shocked when my blind came. We have ordered before but this time the back of my blind was white and the Taupe color only in the front. Now I may have not read good when I ordered. They are nice but just lets the light in more.
