Everything was awesome from the order to the delivery
Took over a month to receive one blind. And I had very little communication from Slectblinds as to why the delay. I had to contact select selectblinds myself multiple times to get updated info.
Select Blinds was so helpful. The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and gave great ideas. I loved being able to get the samples before ordering.
I've gotten 3 types of blinds here now - regular sun blocking, sun blocking with remote control, and up-and-down. They all came promptly and are of high quality.

My experience was less than satisfactory because of several factors. One I had to wait over 2 weeks to get my order. Then when i tried to contact customer service about it,they were not helpful in any way. When I did finally receive my shades that I ordered in white, one of them had a dirty fingerprint on it. Mind you even with the discount they were still very expensive. They did eventually replace the dirty one and there were no issues with the replacement.
We got cordless blackout shades and while I do wish there were more colors available, I'm very happy with them! Easy to purchase and install and they've been working just great!
