All was easy, but the blinds came with half inch less in with, so there is a small gap between the blind and the window frame.

I sent on your site and researched blinds. I had to put a new door leading from the den to the deck. I reviewed your wide selection of blinds. I found the blinds I wanted. Used your instructions how to measure a window properly and submitted my order. My blinds are now hanging on my new door and I love them.

I ordered cellular shades with blackouts, bottom up and top down. We're very happy having switched from faux wood blinds that were 20 yrs old. However we don't use the top down option like we thought, so I wish I would have put that money toward a higher quality shade.
I have used Select Blinds before with complete satisfaction. The blinds are exactly as ordered and fit well. I did have to place spacers, but they worked well. Delivery was terrible through FedEx. The package sat in a distribution center 45 miles away for quite awhile. FedEx readjusted the delivery date at least 5 times. Actually, SelectBlinds emailed asking how I liked the blinds before they arrived.

Just takes too long to receive. When I placed the order I didn't realize that there were different delivery times per the style of the blind. Regardless, to take weeks on end when we're living in an "Amazon" world, is not good for business
The blinds were exactly as ordered. They first like a glove and look beautiful in the room. Shipping took a tad longer than I thought it would have but I was told it was due to having to go through customs. I'm very happy with the experience overall.
Color and style and size are good, but had to change out brackets. Instructions were confusing. Finally got it in and tightened up the part that's supposed to hold the blind in.
I wish I cud return them! I don't have all the parts & ur not sending me what I need! Terrible

After filling my cart I had a few questions about automation and remotes so called customer service and they were very helpful with helping me get everything I needed even saved me money by letting me know I did not need a charger for every unit. Very helpful will definitely send all my clients here for now on.
Well, I kept getting emails saying my blinds were going to be delayed. Then all of a sudden never heard from you. Two weeks later I received an email saying how do I like my blinds so I was concerned that they delivered them and I never got them so I thought I would call two hours later After being on hold they told me to call the delivery company hour and 1/2 of trying to get though every time I got to a certain point it would just hang up on me. So when I called back another 45 minutes and talk to a girl and she was able to somewhat try to figure out where they were then three days later they just show up. No call. Thank God someone was at my house to receive them. Not sure how you still in business doing business like this.

We needed shades for an entire house, which was pretty daunting. SelectBlinds made it really easy to determine the specific product that would be right for our HUGE living room windows (larger cell size, etc.). I appreciated the very CLEAR instructions on how to properly measure our windows ~ along with a worksheet to keep track of each window location + dimensions. I ordered many, MANY free samples to determine which color was right for our new house ~ it was very helpful. By the time I finally placed my large order, I was really confident I was ordering the perfect product for my needs. At such a reasonable price point, I was SO impressed with the quality of the shades, they're perfect. They were also really easy to install, even with me having zero prior experience.
I was a little skeptical and anxious to order our blinds online. I measured and placed the order.
Quality is great, they arrived within the week and were very easy to install. Will use SelectBlinda again in the future.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.
