My husband did the measuring and hanging of our top down bottom up cellular blinds. I used Select Blinds process on my computer to submit the measurements as to size, color and room. The blinds came well packaged and fit perfect! No complaints! Makes our rooms look great, and allow both privacy and light.

Sizing was good. But colors on website extremely inaccurate. Samples received not very accurate as well.

After visiting some retail stores claiming they had good prices in the area I was moving to and got quotes, I found their prices to be rather high. I had purchased from select blinds years ago so I decided to do the self install approach and check them out again. Long story short - they were having a sale and I purchased 9 cellular shades and 1 Roman shade at 1/3 the price from the retail stores. I installed them myself and they look great. Shipping was fast and I was kept up to date on delivery times. Customer service was very helpful when getting samples and ordering.

I measured, you cut. The width on the blinds was off by 1/2 on one side and 3/4 of an inch on the other.
I had ordered black out blinds that were necessary due to street lights out of our window. If the product had been cut to our measurements, the blinds wouldn't show light around the edges.
We were in need of instant installment, so my husband who is a skilled carpenter had to also redrill the holes at the top of the blinds to correctly fit the frame of our windows.

The price was great for the roller blinds. I ordered the roller blinds in different colors and different openness of 3% and 5%. I ordered the inide mount, but just be mindful when mounting these. The head of the screws it comes with are very big so unless you have perfect windows that are 100% symmetrical, if the screw doesn't go exactly in horizontally and shifts a bit, then the top piece that covers the roller won't fit. Also, the blinds still allow a lot of light in, in case you want it completely dark. I tried looking up a video for my specific blind installation but was unable to find the one I needed. I looked at others and then had to figure it out on my own.

Customer rep was very helpful, patient and friendly. He answered my questions and explained things to me. This was a new experience for and lot easier than I thought. My wife is already measuring our other windows.
