Despite getting my blinds for 60% off they came in stapled together uneven with the flaps in the side super glued on (two fell off coming out of the package) and without a liner in them there is no point in having blinds at all.

The incorrect address appeared on my invoice. I didn't notice until order was about to be shipped. Package was intercepted and sent to correct address.

I called the call center and was greeted with a very kind and knowledgeable agent. She assisted me in putting together an estimate for 4 window bamboo Roman shades with liners. I had ordered one previous shade that did not have a liner. She shared that the blind that I had ordered and received did not come with a liner. She was very helpful in identifying an alternate shade close to the color I had ordered with my first shade. She expedited samples of the blind colors and liner colors. Once I received them I called her back to order the final order for the four windows. She was very clear on explaining the time frames for order cancellation if necessary and provided me with her email for any additional questions. This experience was one of excellence. It was good. I originally bought one for my front door at Home Depot. So I went online and bought a new one to replace the one that broke.
I have used select blinds for all my window needs, but until this order they have been great. The swatch they sent was no where near the actual color I received. I am very dissatisfied with the color of my Roman shades. And due to the return policy I am stuck with them. Don't trust the swatch colors.

We ordered and received our blinds within about two weeks. They fit our space perfectly. We are very happy with the purchase!
Blinds are so nice Large one remote control (72) inches long showed some space between top of window and blind So husband put up small piece of molding Can hardly see the molding matches perfectly Very happy with them.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
