Easy to order the blinds and free color samples came quickly. Blinds had a couple of issues. It was mis-strung and I had to undo one of the strings to restring it properly. Instructions on installation caused a slight issue as well.
I would like to send them all back for a credit and reorder the right sizes.

I was very happy with select blinds when we ordered our whole house window coverings from them, so I had to order more for the guest housE. The blinds do get loose a bit within time but i am hoping for the customer service to help me with the issue.

Difficult to get in touch with anyone by phone. Overall, email ended up being the best and my issue was resolved, though it took time. I was initially concerned when half of my order arrived broken, but ultimately was able to get a warranty extension and things are working beautifully now. Hope they hold up.
