I got 5 zebra blinds and sliding door blinds. Only regret is that I didn't buy the automatic blind openers.
I ordered 3 different blinds for my daughter's room with the no tools headrail option. One of them, didn't fit my window frame. They made the headrail too long. Their fault. It's been almost a month...and my claim is still pending. They do not have a direct phone number to talk to someone. It's all my chat ot email. Everytime I send them a message to see the status, either they apparently are still missing more information from me, or missing more photos, or the production team still reviewing my claim. I still don't have my blind installed and I still don't have any idea when they will help me or when they will send me the correct replacement. We spent almost $800 for a product that was defective and we need scramble and email them constantly for a no resolve warranty. Awful customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...

Both quality and price were good. Turn around was acceptable. I like the way they just get you to give them the exact size of your opening and they deal with how much to take off. Installation was easy blind colors were fine. All in all, I was very pleased.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
