Purchased the blinds, they fit perfect, they pull down perfect, but when you push them up, they bunch up which I'm not happy with. Already put them up. I'm not gonna return them, but I probably won't order again from them.
I have ordered blinds through Select Blinds a number of times. They have a good product. They are a little stingy with power supplies. The first time they only provided one power supply for my three blinds. This last time I had to order the power supply and pay extra for it. Over all, I'm pleased.
Adding on a $6 "handling fee" is pretty tacky for a $900 order...
They kept me up to date on when they would be shipped.

We receive samples in a timely manner, we measures, we ordered, they were delivered, easy to install and looked exactly like we expected them to from the samples. Pricing was good compared to some other places we looked at.
So far so good. Still working on remodel in Living Room so haven't installed these yet but I love the look. Delivery and packaging was awesome! I can't wait to get them installed which should be very soon!
Pricing is still too high even after discounts. A bit challenging to install, simple in theory but aligning three of the mounts up in line so they all click in wasn't that easy.

Ordering was easy and shipping prompt. We have issue with one of the blinds adjustment and have contacted you to correct. I haven't gotten email (*******@yahoo.com) amd wonder how to get it fixed when the screw or adjustment piece is stripped and/or broke?

However, when I received new set of replacement blinds in March 2024,
I noticed that the window attachment mechanism was different hence I could not use existing
Sockets. New blind need me to drill new set of hole that did not match previous installation.
Kindly re-consider these kind of changes or provide options to get exact replacement

Update--received the blinds.they are very well made and look awesome--am on a budget.so only doing a few windows at a time...will definitely be ordering again.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
