I received my order, one blind didn't open and close. They sent me a a replacement part, it didn't work. A couple of things, what happened to quality control. Check the item before you send it out. And two, I didn't pay to be a blind repairman. Now I have a blind I paid for in a rental and it doesn't function.
By far the easiest process to pick out the blinds and take the measurements. I ordered the "no tools" installation type and was a bit worried how it would go. I had no idea how simple it would be to install. Literally took less than 20 minutes to install all three blinds. Quality is outstanding and we are very happy customers. We will definitely be ordering additional blinds for the rest of our windows.

The online ordering process was easy. The blinds are of very nice quality and look gorgeous.
Ordered blinds for all my windows in the house and 1 of them came defective. Just a few clicks and a video showing them what was wrong. They sent a replacement within 2-3 days. Everything else works great.
I very carefully went thru the website and selected the blinds I wanted. In the end, the size I needed was not available as a motorized blind. The order was modified without me noticing. As policy, there are NO RETURNS. I am stuck with a $1200 mistake.

These blinds came in good shape. Sized correctly and look great. They were very

I ordered several top down bottom up shades in different sizes. They were easy to measure for and so easy to install with the no drill bracket.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
