They easily explained how to measure for each blind and made the ordering process easy and organized so each window was exactly what you need. Manufacture and Shipping time was very reasonable. Install with their provided hardware was simple, as long as your have the required tools.

Things went well. Color, style, and quality were as expected.

I purchased a roller shade, 16 channel remote, and the bond bridge. The bond bridge app cannot be used to close the shade and if it is all of the fabric unrolls with 2 ft of material on my kitchen countertop. Your tech support seems to be trying to resolve the issue, which I certainly appreciate.

12 blinds are all up. They look great and work great. Installation was very easy and they fit every space perfectly.

I received the motorized shades and finally had time to put them up. Love them. Some of the plastic end covers had broken tabs but were still usable.

The only disappointment was that after much deliberation the fabric and color I chose was discontinued. My second choice has been perfect. Easy to install and very functional.

I have ordered 10 shades for three rooms and love them. They always seem to be cut more narrow than expected. Next order I may ADD 1/4 inch to my width measurement

Although the price on a set of blinds was reasonable the quality, in my opinion, has gone down hill. I ordered blinds several years ago and the quality of those compared to the most recent are much better. The blinds themselves took approx 2 weeks to arrive post initial order and one of them did not include a set of mounting brackets. On hold with customer service for almost 1/2 hour and the rep was very apologetic and did understand what was needed. About a week later, I had not received an email or anything noting the brackets were shipped. Had to call again and start all over. End result was it took another 2 weeks to finally receive the missing brackets which I felt was unacceptable. It takes a lot of effort to get someone on the phone and they have no control over expediting anything

The website makes it easy to order with simple instructions. My order was on time and correct.
