I purchased a roller shade, 16 channel remote, and the bond bridge. The bond bridge app cannot be used to close the shade and if it is all of the fabric unrolls with 2 ft of material on my kitchen countertop. Your tech support seems to be trying to resolve the issue, which I certainly appreciate.

Although the price on a set of blinds was reasonable the quality, in my opinion, has gone down hill. I ordered blinds several years ago and the quality of those compared to the most recent are much better. The blinds themselves took approx 2 weeks to arrive post initial order and one of them did not include a set of mounting brackets. On hold with customer service for almost 1/2 hour and the rep was very apologetic and did understand what was needed. About a week later, I had not received an email or anything noting the brackets were shipped. Had to call again and start all over. End result was it took another 2 weeks to finally receive the missing brackets which I felt was unacceptable. It takes a lot of effort to get someone on the phone and they have no control over expediting anything

The website makes it easy to order with simple instructions. My order was on time and correct.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
