I had a wonderful experience with Select Blinds. I needed to order for a bank of 13 windows and was very nervous about getting the measurements right so I called and spoke with customer service. The person I spoke with was very helpful and patient with me as he stayed on the phone with me while I verified measurements. The light blocking shades I ordered are very good quality and I love the color and look. My room is so much cooler and I know I'm saving on heating and cooling that sunny room now.

They came on time, packaged well, easy to install and look great.

The ordering process was very simple and installation was incredibly easy.
I have not had the blinds installed yet. Online browsing/shopping: all good. But 10 or 12 days after the purchase I noticed I didn't have the blinds and had no shipping emails. I had to contact cs where I found out that my order was on hold. Why? They didn't know but they removed the hold. What followed was a series of emails confirming different ship dates — different from each other and from what cs told me. In the end, I received the blinds a month after I purchased them.

This is not the first time that I have ordered blinds from this company but I felt that these cellular blinds were more flimsy than what I have gotten in the past especially for the price

I was expecting the side frames black brackets system instead of the hanging ones in the horizontal top frame. They are difficult to be installed and not practical.

Ordered four blinds, all went up easily, work great except for the last one. Lifted up one morning and didn't go up. Followed instructions to fix; nada.
Loved the website. Easy to maneuvere and to figure out the correct size. Then they send you the samples you want to figure out which material to order.
So far I have not received my order! I've called to no avail about my order. Where is it?

I ordered two Classic Cordless Woven Wood Shades from them. I followed their measuring directions on their web page. I tried calling to verify and was on hold for 40 minutes before I decided to just follow their guidance. I added the extra 2 inches per side and the shades arrived four inches too wide. I thought maybe the reason for the extra two inches was for a wider head rail and valance, it was not.
I called them with my problem and they told me it is my fault not theirs and I would have to pay for a remake. They said the 2 inches per side is just a recommendation. I will never give them my business again and recommend everyone else does the same. Would they have stood behind their product if I had not added the extra 4 inches and they had been too narrow? I should have seen the incompetence from the start. That is on me.

The shades Arrived quickly and were fitted perfectly and easy to install
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
