Nice blinds. Poor communication.

Happy with the product, selection and pricing. Not happy with delivery communications. After an email notifying that the product has shipped, receipt takes nearly a month with no further communication. I could have walked to the factory to pick them up in that time. Just at the point when you think you should complain, they arrive. Maybe this is in the shipper, but I'm not buying from the shipper.

Roman and vinyl blinds

I really liked the look of the Roman blinds and they were light weight and easy to install. I was not as pleased with vinyl blinds because the bracket was hard to install and now it looks slightly uneven.

Looks Good But Has Some Problems

The written and video instructions are inadequate making install more difficult than it should be. The plastic slides which secure the shade in the end brackets tend to slip out which required tape to ensure they stay in place. The shade works well and looks good on our front door but concern is longevity.

Wrong size

I love this shade!

Small window over my kitchen sink between 2 cabinets. Needed a tension rod for curtains and didn't think I could have a shade or blind, but I was wrong. I'm so happy with this purchase that I'm ordering 2 more for other windows with the same situation

They're beautiful!

It was easy and user friendly. The order was correct. The only drawback was when UPS contacted us to say the shipping label was damaged so they needed a corrected address and charged us an additional payment for a second delivery attempt.

Patio blinds

Received the Blinds and was able to follow easy instructions to hang everything. Loved the free samples, which helped in deciding the proper color for our home. The quality of the blinds are wonderful and makes the area look so much nicer.

Tried to cancel
February 2, 2025

I placed an order and realized I picked the wrong color. I sent an email to this effect and was told it was up to the manufacturing part; that a request was sent to them to change the color to white. I waited two days for a response. I was eventually told that since you didn't hear from me the order was placed. I'm very confused since one of the surveys responses was "order was cancelled". I have ordered ten blinds from you. I recommended you to my daughter and a neighbor. I don't think my request was handled properly. Yes. The blinds I have no use for arrived in good condition.

Swapped out the sizes

I ordered 2 different size window blinds and the order came in wrong. They switched the measurements for the 2 windows I needed covered. We installed it, it's not great, but probably not worth the hassle of returning and reordering.
