Happy with the product, selection and pricing. Not happy with delivery communications. After an email notifying that the product has shipped, receipt takes nearly a month with no further communication. I could have walked to the factory to pick them up in that time. Just at the point when you think you should complain, they arrive. Maybe this is in the shipper, but I'm not buying from the shipper.

Easy to use website. Was able to match the existing blinds with the new ones. Fast delivery and had them installed in just a few minutes. Would defiantly use again.
Everything turned out great with our blinds and shades. The measuring was much simpler than we expected and we had no issues installing them ourselves. We would buy from SelectBlinds again!

I really liked the look of the Roman blinds and they were light weight and easy to install. I was not as pleased with vinyl blinds because the bracket was hard to install and now it looks slightly uneven.
Once again, I received the shades in perfect condition. They fit beautifully and are the perfect color for my master bedroom. I absolutely love them! Thank you!
Everything was delivered in good shape. Measurements were more accurate on my second order as a couple shade were under the lengths given on the first one
The written and video instructions are inadequate making install more difficult than it should be. The plastic slides which secure the shade in the end brackets tend to slip out which required tape to ensure they stay in place. The shade works well and looks good on our front door but concern is longevity.
Ordering was so Easy! And the blinds fit perfectly! Ordered free samples beforehand so knew exactly what color I wanted. So slick!
Purchased the no drill mount option and it was well with the extra money! Installation was super simple all four blinds were up in 10 minutes. Would buy again and again.

I purchased these blinds for the window above my kitchen sink. They were easy to hang and have added such a welcoming, warm change to the kitchen! I absolutely love them!

Took me a while to hang the blinds and discovered they weee too short. I had called to get adjusted before they were made but that didn't seem to happen.

It was missing pieces necessary for installation when it arrived. Got everything ready for install and then had to stop and wait 10 more days before installing

Small window over my kitchen sink between 2 cabinets. Needed a tension rod for curtains and didn't think I could have a shade or blind, but I was wrong. I'm so happy with this purchase that I'm ordering 2 more for other windows with the same situation
It was easy and user friendly. The order was correct. The only drawback was when UPS contacted us to say the shipping label was damaged so they needed a corrected address and charged us an additional payment for a second delivery attempt.
Received the Blinds and was able to follow easy instructions to hang everything. Loved the free samples, which helped in deciding the proper color for our home. The quality of the blinds are wonderful and makes the area look so much nicer.
I placed an order and realized I picked the wrong color. I sent an email to this effect and was told it was up to the manufacturing part; that a request was sent to them to change the color to white. I waited two days for a response. I was eventually told that since you didn't hear from me the order was placed. I'm very confused since one of the surveys responses was "order was cancelled". I have ordered ten blinds from you. I recommended you to my daughter and a neighbor. I don't think my request was handled properly. Yes. The blinds I have no use for arrived in good condition.
I ordered 2 different size window blinds and the order came in wrong. They switched the measurements for the 2 windows I needed covered. We installed it, it's not great, but probably not worth the hassle of returning and reordering.

Experience was great. Quality was not. 2 out of 4 blinds I ordered do not work correctly. I didn't get them installed for several weeks after delivery so didn't file a complaint.
