My shades (2) were only eleven inches wide. The mounting brackets that were included did not fit because they were too big. I was able to modify them to work but you may want to look at that when you have a narrow width.

Just got done hanging and the quality is ok not great. I have been ordering blinds from you for many years and the quality has gone down. I feel like they will not last for the 10+ years that I have had the others. Time will tell.

Blinds look great super easy to install and look very nice! Overall very happy with my purchase!
These shades are so nice. I purchased 4 of them for our camper bunks and they look amazing. My kid also loves that they are blackout. I am so glad I ordered them.
I have bought from here before and I can buy with confidence that they will fit and work great or will be fixed with no hassle.
The motorized shade on our original didn't work out of the box the remote despite multiple attempts and conversation with the company and submitting a video. After a few weeks they approved a replacement. Got the replacement and the motor and remote worked out of the box. Outside of that the experience was fine. I would definitely order again but would stick with the pull down shade and skip the motor next time.

Color is exactly what I wanted, but 2 of the shades were bent at the top and were quite difficult to install. I had to take a rubber mallet and light tap the bracket so it would get into place. And one of them appears to be crooked. Not sure how to fix that!

Purchased blinds on-line. Made measurement adjustment on order, but failed to read all of the documents that were linked to order page. One of the linked documents apparently said they would automatically make the adjustments. It is my fault I did not review all of the links, but I sure would have felt better if there was a notation or pop-up when typing in my measurements that said they would not be sending me blinds with my typed in measurements, but would automatically be making adjustments so I had a chance to take that fact into account before submitting the final order. Seems like an easy fix to improve transparency and give a buyer better heads up that adjustments would be automatically handled on their end rather than expecting the buyer to sift through all on-line linked materials to find that hidden, but crucial nugget.

I INITIALLY ORDERED 4 OF THE Traditional Light Filtering Dual Shades for a corner window/door situation. Motorized. Dark Brown. They could not be more perfact. After seeing them installed, I then ordered two more of the same shade for a master bedroom and closet door -- no motor -- dark brown. Again -- perfect. Am so happy with these purchases.
My experience was great. The guidelines for measuring and installation were easy to follow
We waived the 24 hr wait time to cancel as we needed the blinds ASAP. Every time I checked, starts was in production. I called several times, to find out the status. They said it would have to come from the production floor. Our order was placed 6/22/24, we received them on 7/9/24.
The shdes were as described, but the top magnet on the main bedroom window shade is faulty. When you pull the shade down, the connection disengage, leaving a space between the shade and top portion of the connecting box. I can't afford to send back the shade and go without it for several weeks.

The website was clunky to navigate and the sale prices did not always show up in the cart. Once ordered processing and shipping were relatively fast. My roller shades are ok. The finishing along the upgraded valance is very rough and uneven. There were frayed ends of the fabric exposed. The roller shade functions well. The no drill application was super easy but leaves visible hardware above the shade and valence.
Overall it was an average experience and product. Seems overpriced for what I received and that was with a 40% discount 🙄

Great customer service. Delivery of product took approx 6 weeks...way too long. Fairly easy customization online. Installation DOES NOT take 20 minutes as stated. There were inaccurate instructions and unclear parts and what to do with them. Took my husband, who is very handy, about 3 hours to install correctly basically without instructions because they didn't match the product we received. Also, the header did not match. 🙄
I ordered online and got an email saying the blinds were back ordered for 6 weeks. I needed blinds before that, so called and canceled the order. I then ordered from another company as Select didn't have anything else that would work. Then a week later both orders arrived on the same day and was charged for them. Select blinds customer service was nice but unhelpful. After several calls where nobody called back,I took it up with my credit card company. I was told tuff, all sales are final.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
