I order two different times, First Lady was SOOOOO helpful and order was great
2nd was a guy, not so helpful had issue.
Had to call CS, they were different company's so the remote wouldn't work for 3 blinds, CS took care of that sent the right remote quickly. Thankful
We had custom roller blinds made for our bathroom. The quality is excellent and the directions for measuring our perfect. If you follow the website you'll have no problem fitting your windows exactly.

I ordered blackout cellular blinds for 3 windows and a shade for another room. The blinds arrived safe and sound and my son-in-law installed them. He did a great job and apparently the directions were clear. I ordered by phone and the customer service guy was very helpful!

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
