I had blinds in my house that were installed 3 1/2 years ago. I wanted the new ones to be the same. Since I couldn't remember the color I called customer service. They were extremely helpful and I ended up doing my order over the phone. They arrived quickly and even though I questioned my accuracy in measuring, they were perfect. My son and I installed them together after watching the video. Amazingly easy! I am very pleased with my new blinds!

Excellent Craftsmanship

I absolutely LOVE my new blinds. They fit perfectly and are extremely well made. Unlike most magnetically raised blinds, these can be pulled up or down very smoothly — they never get caught up or get crooked. Wish I could have them on all my windows!

Amazing blinds and customer service

The blinds are excellent quality and easy to install on your own! We ended up measuring wrong but paid for the insurance and customer service was very friendly and helpful and got us the correct size immediately without any trouble. They look beautiful in our space

Love the blind, took awhile to receive, that was ok. However, I recommend NOT ordering the power option for blind, OURS does not work, cheap construction on power option.

Last set was amazing!

If I was rating the last set I ordered it would be 5-star. They fit perfectly, and effortlessly opened and closed. We've been painting the house and wanted to change the color of the blinds to match so I re-ordered a different color. The blinds arrived, simple swap, look great. However, what was instantly apparent is the tension in the lifting mechanism was substantially weaker. What took 1-2 seconds to open, turned into a 10-15 second battle. I emailed customer service with this issue twice without response. Then, they sent me this survey asking for feedback. Well, ask and you shall receive.

Nice shades but cheap plastic device to raise and lower

Very easy to install and been using this brand for over a decade! Would definitely buy again! Only disappointment is the cheap and ugly plastic piece that attaches to raise and lower the blinds. Previous versions were very nice but the new ones are extremely cheap looking and feeling.
