LOVE my automatic rollers

I ordered the Rustic Americana roman shades in traditional fold and print, and I am pretty happy with the quality it came in. I put two blinds side by side on a long window and thank god the folds align on both blinds. The fabric had good quality and drape as well. Happy with select blinds so far, and would likely order more!
In comparison, I ordered some other romans from blinds.com and the bottom of one came out crooked...so I had to contact their customer service to have it remade, but at least they're doing it. Prices at SelectBlinds do tend to be a little higher though, but the fabric here has been thicker and nicer when I ordered swatches. Definitely recommend ordering swatches! They're very different from the website displays.

Works great! Roman shades cordless

We love our 3 sets of cordless Roman Shades for our children's rooms. The measurements came out perfect and the cordless feature works wonderfully for both of them. I especially like how there is the flexibility of adding the blackout fabric, my son likes keeping things dark while my daughter likes the light to filter through, so we only added the blackout the my sons rooms set. Quality is great, and took just about 2 weeks from order to delivery. Thank you again we love them. A friend of mine wants to order them too!

Haven't received so far

I can't comment on the quality of the blinds as I haven't received them yet. I ordered them around the first of September, it's now October 5 and they haven't been shipped yet. So I guess you could say I'm disappointed in them so far.

The blinds I bought ended up breaking while I was trying to install them. They turned out to be a smidge larger than what I ordered. I put in a warranty claim and sent pictures but customer care just said that the manufacturer said the blind was ok.

I would avoid this company at all costs. Customer care doesn't care about customers. They were particularly unhelpful and I ended up wasting $240

2nd order from SelectBlinds. Had a 1 1/2" error in a cut. They shipped me a new, replacement unit for under $4. I am IMMENSELY Satisfied with both the look, installation, working, and remote control for our blinds. Our realtor said it makes the property feel a lot more high end. Wrong hardware included

We ordered outside mount Roman shades. They included inside mount hardware for the tensioners and we need outside mount hardware. Trying to contact them to send the correct hardware has been difficult. STILL waiting for the hardware.
