Love my blinds. Easy to install and they look beautiful!

In recent years, I've replaced several worn-out sets of corded faux wood blinds in my house, with SelectBlinds 2" cordless faux wood blinds. Generally, I've had very good results with this product: it has a simple and compact design, with smooth and (usually) reliable mechanical action in lowering and raising the blinds.

I have two criticisms: 1) The vertical strings that join the slats should be stronger and more durable; 2) The company should offer a pole-mounted tool to enable customers to lower or raise the blinds if they have to stand some distance from they wall. This comes into play with two sets of cordless blinds I've mounted behind couches: Since I have no "remote control" tool to enable me to reach those blinds from the floor, I have to stand on the couch every time I raise or lower them.

The person I spoke with was wonderful. Made my order painless and I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price. You are my go to for all my window blinds. Thank you.

The drill-less installation is great. I had six blinds unpacked and installed in the windows in less than an hour. They look great too.

I received my original 3 piece order. The quality and finish is outstanding. Unfortunately, I submitted the wrong measurement on one of the three. I was heartbroken and was willing to cut into the drywall to make the shades work.
I made my customer call, with the acceptance of taking a loss...deserved in my opinion.
I was so relieved when the the customer service representative told me they would be replaced at no charge with the correct measurement. When I asked how and where to return it, she responded I could keep or dispose of it. I was beyond pleased, that my customer first concept, still exists in todays cut throat business environment. They look amazing! Thank you Select Blinds!

Ease of ordering, I've ordered before and was easy and love my blinds

This is the 4th time we have purchase new blinds for new homes. We have never had an issue. Orders are complete, correct and quick. Select Blinds is our go to for blinds!

We ordered 5 blinds. All fit perfectly and looked nice except one blind had a few dark spots in the center of the fabric. Online Customer service was a simple process and a replacement blind was sent with no hastle.

The Roman Shades are fabulous. They fit perfectly and added so much style to our new home.
