We recently had windows installed and needed all new window treatments. We followed the directions for an outside mount and purchased wood blinds and motorized shades. Everything fit great and great quality. Highly recommend this company.

Our pleated shade failed after 14 years. The original shade came from a local retailer that has closed. SelectBlinds was able to sell us a replacement that matched the existing shades very closely.
My blinds were the right size and relatively easy to install. However one of them is flawed and doesn't close all the way. I haven't gone through the trouble of returning because it feels like too much work to re install so I'm a bit disappointed by that, but it was an overall good product.

Brackets weren't included with me shipment. First call I was on hold for 34 minutes, with multiple statements about how my call is important, had to go because I was pretty sure no one would answer. Chat was broke. Called back, on hold for 27 minutes. Chat worked so after 20 minutes someone helped me, took 10 minutes to get brackets ordered. Horrible experience.

I ordered two zebra blinds for my family room. When received, one was fine but the other wouldn't stay fully extended/down.
After working with customer service and sending a video of the operation, they replaced the item. The replacement operates perfectly.

I needed to replace my old top down bottom up blinds that were many years old and starting to lose their hold. I tried to order the exact same thing again but the color has been discontinued. Spoke with an amazingly helpful customer service rep and we are super happy with our new blinds and loving the new color!

Easy set up, but very poor quality of mechanism! Rollers don't roll up as they advertise, and after spending lots of times to get it to cooperate, it only goes up slightly and you have to now invest more time to get to cooperate. Pay for what you get is accurate here. Cheap for Cheap….

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
